The Hotel was close to the airport and the Arena. The front desk peeps were nice and patient with our payment method issues and with our hyper group when returning each night. The housekeepers on the 4th floor were exceptional the rooms were really clean and fresh ( I should know I own a cleaning company lol ) I hope they get a pay increase and show them some appreciation since I know they have to do so many in a very small time frame by the end of the day. The rooms in general were spacious and well-maintained and had all the necessities for a group of 4 grown adults. Breakfast had a good selection and started our days on a high note. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. We might be back sooner than expected and bring a larger crowd of BTS ARMY. ( So a little purple decorations might be something to consider) 💜

That we ran out of time to truly enjoy sleeping in.

The hotel was close to the Rays stadium as I was in town visiting friends and to see a friend play baseball. Also the free shuttle to the airport and closeness helped as well. The staff was amazing and so nice the entire stay especially Alex. He provided wonderful customer service and answered all my questions

Would have liked an alarm clock in the room and more tv channels but it was nice to have HBO Max and Netflix access.

Bed was like sleeping on a cloud! I know that is different for everyone, but we loved it. We were in the last room on our floor and it was so quiet, we didn't hear any doors slamming in the hall, which is rare with those fire rated heavy doors. they even put the ice machine behind the elevators for more noise elimination. Very nice!

Honestly, the room could have and should have been cleaner

Comfortable bed. Free Shuttle to airport. Computer and work space to use after checkout at midday so I could work until I needed to leave for the airport about 3pm. Good breakfast buffet

Lack of secure storage for suitcases for early check in or late check out. Our flight from Tampa airport didn't leave until 6pm We booked in the night before and wanted to go to either the Shopping Mall a short walk away or take taxi into Tampa but had nowhere to securely leave our 2 large suitcases and 2 small carry on cases.

The location is ideal - a great stay for remaining days of a holiday. Airport shuttle prompt and driver is professional.

The pool can be more sheltered have more established more shade with pergola cause the sun is too hot to sit under small parasols. Unfortunately, the pool is next to the parking lot- with see through fencing. All people walking by see right at you- so to bring more of an exclusive feel: a ledge wall made to separate the parking lot from the pool would be great.

Excellent stay, everything is very comfortable, the breakfast is great, the cleanliness is super, the staff is very friendly, and the location is perfect to move to different places, it is our place every time we come to Tampa, Fl

Location was excellent. Lots of restaurants within easy traveling distance. Breakfast was ok. Food was always lukewarm but plenty of options. I ate a lit of oatmeal over the course of my 5 day stay. Lots of toppings to choose from so it was never boring.

Front staff was polite but did not go out of their way to be personable or provide exceptional customer service. They did what was requested but without a smile or happy to help attitude.

Very clean,front desk staff was awesome, and both shuttle drivers were excellent. Hotel was perfectly located between the airport and Raymond James Stadium. I am sure I will be staying there on my next trip to Tampa. Also Outback Steakhouse was a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

I liked everything.

Good breakfast. Plenty of handicap spots. Easy access to Dale Mabry and 275.

Housekeeping did not show up on the designated day.

Location excellent inside bright and clean and quiet neat. The tv was on but it didn't over power the room. As soon as you step over the doorway they welcome you in. The front desk person smiling ready to wait on. It did stop even take 5 mins. Before I was walking to the elevator with my key card. Walk into the room smells like a breath of fresh air. Everything nice neat and inviting. Couldn't find a thing out of place. Bathroom spot less. Not one hair anywhere. No crusted corner no build up in shower. I've had reservations at that cost way more. With dirty rooms so Thank you to the staff for Quality job they do everyday.

The one small complaint is I am disabled. And I can't walk great distances. I came up to the building to park. At first I park in the drop off area. Because some of the handicaps spot were blocked. By the guys pressure washing the building. But the front desk young man moved his vehicle. So I could park closer. That would be my only small complaint.
