Yes like property in on the property inside on the carpet is so dirty, but it was a clean room good customer service

Nice room no breakfast them weekend was that Star serving breakfast bag people will come back and stay, but if you don’t serve breakfast, I never will come and stay in y’all property anymore if you don’t start serving breakfast and about

I love how the front desk clerk Rasheeda once again made sure my stay was comfortable. The manager as well did courtesy checks to made sure my booking process was smooth.

The elevator once again needs to be fixed

Hot shower, location, and air-conditioned

Front desk staff was awful, bed is very uncomfortable, they deactivate your key when you have multiple days of stay. I would only recommend it if you ate on a tight budget. The carpet in the hallway is torn and dirty.

Once I love how the front desk clerk Rasheeda Y took care of my stay. Very professional and kind. As always she did her curtesy check on me and my family .

The elevator still not accessible

Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Good shower pressure, modernized in the bathroom.

Breakfast was very limited with muffins, fruit bars and coffee only. I thought from the pictures that the one of the rooms I was getting had a safe or a chair with ottoman.

Elevator didn't work

everything went well except I slipped in the bathtub and banged my head.

The bath tub was slippery and should be improved to lessen the likelihood of falling.

Location is right next to the interstate and AC works really well. Vincent at the front desk was awesome with helping me anytime I needed something.

Had some noisy neighbors, but still was able to sleep.

Staff was very nice. It was over all clean.

They had people living there that would hang out outside but that's not the hotels fault. I mean they can't stop them. They didn't bother anyone though.
