The employees made the hotel special. Christina was working at the front desk. Even though she was extremely busy with the phones ringing and people waiting in line she was always smiling, professional, quick, efficient and kind. I interacted with housekeeping, the breakfast staff and other front desk employees and each person was quick to offer a smile while offering to be of service.

Although the hotel was clean it's getting a little old and needs to be renovated. I would still stay there again because the employees that work there have a great attitude and a willingness to help. Plus from the outside to the inside of the hotel everything was clean and functioning.

Location is pretty good, being a little bit away from the main drag but still close enough to the Busch Gardens theme park. The check in staff was excellent and professional. They did their best to meet our requests for our rooms to be close together and for us to check in late at night. The king room had a good amount of space making it possible for us to bring our baby’s travel bed with us.

The carpet and linens seemed a bit older but it was clean.

We evacuated because of Milton. We were so grateful to find a very nice hotel that accepted our dog because of Gov. DeSantis’ mandate. The nearness of I75 was perfect as we were heading to Jacksonville to escape. We slept well & had a good breakfast before we left. Ty!

The front associates such as Marilyn and Ashley were amazing. The rooms were comfortable and clean very pleasant. The decor was nice as well very inviting and lastly it was very quiet

Other than a person who had been drinking knocking on doors late at night !

The suite was great. Very clean and spacious. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We loved making our own waffles...especially with all the goodies on them. Jose and Rudulfo (the shuttle drivers) were so nice and friendly. They talked to us which alot of them do not. They gave us a lot of valuable information about the parks. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit which will be soon.

That the pool closed so early.

The staff members were exceptional. This hotel was clearly serving a lot of folks who were there to receive cancer treatments at Moffitt. I observed the staff treating everyone with great kindness.

The location was perfect for seeing a show at USF, great location if you're doing anything in the USF area. Exactly what you expect from a Hampton Inn. Great breakfast, friendly staff, spacious and clean room.

It was a little pricey for a Hampton Inn, but it was safe, comfortable, and reliable.

The hotel was in very convenient to USF and it was easy to get to many places in Tampa . The facilities were lovely and the staff very helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable. We weren't able to use the pool as it rained every day but it was ice and secluded.

Everyone is always so nice. We ended up staying another day. We actually stayed in March and ended up getting the same room. The shuttle drivers are all so sweet. Every time we go to Busch Gardens, we stay here and will continue staying here.
