I like the location of this property. It was very close to two major highways, Busch Gardens, and the USF Tampa Campus. I liked the staff because they were very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the free breakfast. There were many food options, and it helps to save some money in comparison to going out to buy breakfast every day.

This is an older property. In our room, the mattresses were sunken in, the paint on the walls was either stained or chipped (in some spots), the AC unit was incredibly loud, and one side of the room has electrical issues.

Such a warm welcome we received! Check-in was very easy. We were given a "handicapped accessible room", which we did not request or need. The staff member who checked us in tried to find us a regular room, at our request, because we were concerned about depriving appropriate accommodations from someone who needed such a room. There were no other rooms available, so we kept that room. Staff was very friendly- we were greeted with smiles and kind words. Room was very clean. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was nice- scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, bagels and danishes, as well as coffee, teas, and juices. Location is great for USF activities- very close! Not our first time staying here, and won't be our last.

There was nothing to dislike.

Good parking and room was large ! Towels were soft and clean. Sheets were soft and clean Nice TV !! good size also. Shower had good pressure!!

Ice machine was broken 1st floor and the elevator was real slow going down (old and it showed) could use new carpet and paint!! Smell of people smoking weed in rooms !! No USB connection in rooms, ! Not like other Wyndham properties.

I had the opportunity to interact with many of the staff. Everyone is super nice, friendly and kind. Breakfast is wonderful there! Bagels, English Muffins, toast and Belgium Waffles you make yourself! A wide variety of food, coffee, juices. Quite the spread. Room was very clean. Plenty of towels. Size of the room was comfy. We had a handicap equipped room and it has many perks that would assist a wheelchair including a lowered peephole. Plenty of parking. Location for my purposes was excellent.

Not a deal killer but the front doors are automatic and very slow to open. A few of the wall outlets in the room would not hold onto anything plugged in to it. Very loose. Just need to be updated. The shower controls to turn on the water, believe it or not were a bit difficult to figure out. We had a handicap equipped room so a lower lever also controlled the upper lever. Once you figure it out it was great but a bit frustrating before that moment.

Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He even called us an hour after checking in to confirm our room was satisfactory. The room smelled of disinfectant and was very clean. Bed was very comfortable which is important. We will return to this hotel in a couple of weeks.

Bathroom plumbing needs a little work. Shower pull was very hard to engage.

Nothing fancy but it has a comfortable bed. Microwave and small refrigerator are welcome necessities when traveling with dietary restrictions and for medical appointments. This was our second stay here in two weeks.

Breakfast mainly consists of carb loaded cereal, waffles and breads. Although there is juice, bananas and oranges, it would be nice to have a meat such as bacon or sausage.

Very convenient location. Right across from the venue I was attending that day.

House keeping tried to get into my room as I was walking to the door in the morning. Didn’t give me enough time to even answer. I didn’t have a do not disturb sign to put on the door for that room. Other than that, I loved my stay.

I thought the property was nice…from what I seen. I didn’t explore it. Location is great for the Moffitt Cancer Center!

The only real complaint is that there are washer and dryer on one floor. I was never able to do my laundry as they were in constant use for the 2 evenings I was there. My first room was great! The second room smelled of urine and fridge was broken…I didn’t mention it to staff…I was just too exhausted to bother as I had spent my days at the Moffitt Cancer center.

Location to Busch Gardens. Room was big and quiet.

Very dated and dirty looking. The elevator was extremely slow. Key cards didn't work when we first checked in, so we had to go back to the lobby with bags to get the cards fixed.

The staff was very helpful for securing the additional days stay that we needed even though they were not obligated to do so, but I was pleasantly surprised that all involved with different positions at the hotel volunteered and multitasked and made it happen, with a compromise of changing rooms but wasn't an issue to get to be out of the hurricane and my elderly mother and pets safe. I didn't feel any unpleasant energy vibes at all personally and will revisit for sure.

Room can be a little bit cleaner in the hard to reach spots but still felt like good hygiene is the focus for the preparation of the room. Personally I'd keep from being barefoot, but that's just me, I understand the situation and still at the level of 'fair' to 'better than fair'. If I have to meantion a dislike.
