Charging $12 per day for parking is rediculous. There should be no charge for parking if you are a paying guest.

The staff was nice and very professional. The breakfast was good. The shuttle to Bush Gardens was also nice.

I dont think there should be a $12 parking fee. Also, I called to see if we could be picked up 3 mins early from Bush Gardens and the worker told me no since we were already on the 10:15 list to be picked up. Well we ended up being the only ones at Bush Gardens to be picked up at that time so I dont understand why we couldn't have been picked up especially since we have to children that were exhausted.

I booked two room. I checked in the first one (king room) early since I was going to Busch Garden and at night I checked in the other one (double bed room) When we enter the double bed room there was a humidity smell, rug was completely wet. I went to the front desk to if I could change room and the lady in the front desk told me no. They were all booked for the night and she could not even call maintenance My family had to sleep in the room (419) shame!

Staff was super friendly, they greeted us & informed us of all amenities & location of everything. Once we got to the room about 30 minutes later the front desk called to ensure everything in our room was working properly & asked if we had any concerns with the room! There was water, coffee, lemonade, & even cookies for guests in the lobby that we loved! The pool was great & very clean. Breakfast was perfect! Overall, very welcoming & we will be staying here again!

They were very accommodating to our needs, we had to come in town for a procedure at the nearby Moffit Cancer Center. And the were very helpful at meeting our every need and questions. Check-in was wonderful as she informed me of many benefits for our situation. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at any other hotel I have stayed in. It was very affordable and very clean and comfortable. Our room exceeded all of our expectations. I will be staying here every time we need to go there.

There is really nothing I have to complain about

Kate checked us in and was polite, friendly and professional. After we got to our room we realised that we were going to be charged for parking when our parking should of been free. We went back to reception and the gent there told me yes I had to pay by phone.I spoke to Kate when she returned and she confirmed that No, I didn't need to pay. She sorted the free parking out for me straight away. Room was a great size and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and had a great selection of items. Would recommend this hotel.

The one guy on reception who tried to charge me for parking when I had paper work stated free parking.

Close to Busch Gardens, breakfast was great, room was clean and modern, staff was friendly, we will plan to stay here again on our next visit to Tampa.

Only thing I didn’t like was having to pay for parking separately. However, I knew that was the case based on another review. It was only $12, but it seemed weird to have to pay for parking when it was just a normal hotel parking lot. It wasn’t city parking or a garage or anything. It wasn’t a big deal, just a small inconvenience.

Rooms were very nice and spacious. Close to Busch Gardens, and they have a shuttle to take you there. Very good breakfast.

Just like all the hotels you have to pay for parking, as much as they charge for the rooms, I feel that parking shoud be free. They advertise they have a restaurant, when in reality, you sit at table in lobby, order, and staff microwaves or cooks you a meal and delivers it to you.

I liked everything! I've stayed here a couple of times before. The location is great for me, I have friends and family in the area. Rooms are always comfortable and clean. Staff is always friendly! Im gonna say it again....The staff are bomb!!! Breakfast is also great!! I love the 'create your own waffle cooker'...

The last couple of times I stayed, the parking was free. On this trip I discovered you had to now pay for parking... I didn't read the update on parking, I assumed it was still free... my bad... I gave a rating of 8 out of 10, because of the parking... even thou I checked in my vehicle with the "parking app" I still woke up everyday to the "register parking flyer" on my windshield.. it reminded me of club promoters putting club flyers on your vehicle... I'm really disappointed about the "pay to park" as a guest staying here... $12 a day adds up... (yes, I'm complaining about the parking call me petty!)

The best thing about this hotel is the staff, everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful. You don't always get that with hotels. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast offered nice options.

The elevator doesn't have AC and felt a bit jerky and jumpy. The shower didn't have much water pressure.
