Charging $12 per day for parking is rediculous. There should be no charge for parking if you are a paying guest.

They were very accommodating to our needs, we had to come in town for a procedure at the nearby Moffit Cancer Center. And the were very helpful at meeting our every need and questions. Check-in was wonderful as she informed me of many benefits for our situation. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at any other hotel I have stayed in. It was very affordable and very clean and comfortable. Our room exceeded all of our expectations. I will be staying here every time we need to go there.

There is really nothing I have to complain about

Kate checked us in and was polite, friendly and professional. After we got to our room we realised that we were going to be charged for parking when our parking should of been free. We went back to reception and the gent there told me yes I had to pay by phone.I spoke to Kate when she returned and she confirmed that No, I didn't need to pay. She sorted the free parking out for me straight away. Room was a great size and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and had a great selection of items. Would recommend this hotel.

The one guy on reception who tried to charge me for parking when I had paper work stated free parking.

Rooms were very nice and spacious. Close to Busch Gardens, and they have a shuttle to take you there. Very good breakfast.

Just like all the hotels you have to pay for parking, as much as they charge for the rooms, I feel that parking shoud be free. They advertise they have a restaurant, when in reality, you sit at table in lobby, order, and staff microwaves or cooks you a meal and delivers it to you.

Close to Busch Gardens, breakfast was great, room was clean and modern, staff was friendly, we will plan to stay here again on our next visit to Tampa.

Only thing I didn’t like was having to pay for parking separately. However, I knew that was the case based on another review. It was only $12, but it seemed weird to have to pay for parking when it was just a normal hotel parking lot. It wasn’t city parking or a garage or anything. It wasn’t a big deal, just a small inconvenience.

I liked everything! I've stayed here a couple of times before. The location is great for me, I have friends and family in the area. Rooms are always comfortable and clean. Staff is always friendly! Im gonna say it again....The staff are bomb!!! Breakfast is also great!! I love the 'create your own waffle cooker'...

The last couple of times I stayed, the parking was free. On this trip I discovered you had to now pay for parking... I didn't read the update on parking, I assumed it was still free... my bad... I gave a rating of 8 out of 10, because of the parking... even thou I checked in my vehicle with the "parking app" I still woke up everyday to the "register parking flyer" on my windshield.. it reminded me of club promoters putting club flyers on your vehicle... I'm really disappointed about the "pay to park" as a guest staying here... $12 a day adds up... (yes, I'm complaining about the parking call me petty!)

The room looks old. The mats are unhealthy, sources of mites and dust. The additional cost of parking. Breakfast does not have gluten-free options. the store does not offer gluten-free products

The breakfast was really good. I like the arrangement of stuff that was available to eat I was able to not feel like I was just eating the same thing everyday.

I wish they would have sent out an email letting us know that it was paid parking because I was really mad in the parking lot when I realized that it was luckily I didn't have to pay because I had already booked my appointments before they started charging. But that put a big bad taste in my mouth for the rest of the trip.

The room was awesome and clean. The staff was very nice.

Breakfast was good IF there was food out for you. The breakfast was supposed to go until 10 a.m. and the person preparing breakfast one day wouldn't fix more food when a few guests came down a few minutes before 10 a.m. I know they didn't run out of food because we saw the delivery of food items the day before. I believe it was the laziness of the staff.

This was a lovely hotel. I had a huge room with a kitchenette (microwave, sink, fridge) a seating area and then the bedroom area and bathroom. I was here for 2 nights and quite happy staying in the first night with a room picnic bought from the garage/gas station next door. It had a huge range of food, snacks, drinks etc. Bed was comfortable, I slept really well. There were no problems with parking, there were always empty spaces. It's just tucked off the main road but close to lots of amenities and close to Busch Gardens. Swimming pool looked clean and inviting.
