Katrina was awesome she welcome us as if we were her family. The place was very clean. I love the television you can move it around so we can watch it anytime and anywhere in the room.

The breakfast could use some improvement. I was expecting breakfast with some breakfast meat but the lady with me pink braids told my son in law they don’t serve meat, but the breakfast picture on the wall and the computer had pictures of bacon on it. But I did ask another staff and she said they do have meat. The day I was at breakfast was on a Sunday morning.

The room was very spacious and clean. Our room had a shower and not tub/shower combo which was very nice being an older person. We had the king suite with a kitchen with a full coffee pot. (Being a coffee drinker that is important!) Didn't expect room service so I made up the bed, but they did come. So we did get fresh towels and trash was empty......always a plus.

It seems we got a corner room so unfortunately that applied to the window view also. When I opened the blinds, all we saw was the wall to the next building. It would have been nice to view the outdoors but not a big issue at all.

Katrina was the best front desk staff you could have hired. Always smiling, willing to help & went above & beyond. Jay (I think he's in maintenance) was also very friendly & went above & beyond as well. The hotel needs some updates, but nothing that wouldn't make us stay again, but Katrina & Jay made the stay well worth it & for that reason, we would stay again.

The staff was very nice! Bed was comfortable! As an oncology infusion nurse, I was pleasantly surprised to see the cancer poster boards hanging in the hallway for encouragement for someone that is in that journey

Breakfast was just ok, nothing extravagant!

the room was clean, the bed was clean and comfortable, parking was free and ease of access in out of the property was good as well

I wish the breakfast could have been better, it was ok but compared to the other Marriott hotels this was lesser is quality and options, the hot foods were dry(sausage) egg sandwich was soggy.

The staff was so friendly. Everything was so clean. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. Just bring your food. Beds were very comfy.

The pool area needs work. Water was like jumping in the bathtub. So sure didn't cool you off in this heat. Yikes falling off and scattered on bottom of pool and on deck. The towels for pool area could be bigger. Bath towels in room are bigger than the pool towels.

The staff was friendly, clean lobby/room & great location. Property is across the streets from Lettuce Lake. We took a wonderful walk on the trails and boardwalk. The scenery is beautiful, family friendly and a nice escape from the city.
