location was fine. We came because we had to evacuate due to Hurricane Helene.

The only problem was that they ran out of choices closer to the end of the breakfast time and many people who came later were disappointed. My own feeling is that if breakfast closes at 9am then the same choices at 7am should be available until 9am. I'm not a big breakfast person so it wasn't a big deal for me but I could see (and hear) the disappointment at 8:25 that many choices were empty and would not be refilled. I'm a loyal Marriott traveler and so I felt a particular ownership for this issue (although I know this is not my problem). It was still disturbing to hear it.

Incredibly close to MOSI, Adventure Island, and Busch Gardens!! Tons of places to eat within a five minute drive down the road. Service desk associates were very kind, and they offered cold water bottles for free which is GREAT after a long hot day at the parks. Beds are comfy, no allergen liners though so beware. I love the window shades in their hotels, you can blackout the room or use the pretty tree print shades for softer lighting. Fridge in room is tiny, can fit 6 cans and no more. Dominoes pizza delivers straight to your room, which is great! Hotel offers breakfast, similar to other hotels. High in carbs and sugary processed foods such as cereals, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, boiled egg, egg McMuffins, lots of sugary toppings like chocolate chips etc. Apples were the only fruit available, some were open some were wrapped so we left them. Fairfield also offered Silk Oatmilk with a variety of prepacked cereals which is great for people such as myself who cannot do dairy milk. The biggest plus, NO parking fee (at this location) Overall, not bad for the price for a nights stay.

Two shampoo labeled bottles in shower, one conditioner, and no body wash was a bummer. Luckily we were only there for the night. Entire room smelled of soured wine and sweat for a while so we cranked the ac super low to mask it. Also found a step ladder in the bathroom, not sure if a sweaty worker had just fixed the fan, forgot it, and was also the cause of the smell. We put the ladder in the hall and by morning either the smell had faded or we were used to it. Sink light kept strobing and TV would randomly pop and turn off. Not a biggie about the TV because we only watched about an hours worth.

Breakfast was okay. I'm a coffee drinker & the coffee left a lot to be desired. Just not good tasting.

Lighting in parking lot, particularly at back of building, needs to be improved for late night arrivals

Clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast.

Pool closed and not an attractice outdoor space. The color chosen for rooms and hallways are too cold colors, not inviting nor cozy (dark gray...too dark). A lighter tone of gray would look eay better. I d have liked to have another chair in my room. It had one. We were 3 people in the room.

We ended up there early and was wanting to know if we could store our coffee creamer that needed to be refrigerator. (Huge coffee drinkers) and our room was actually ready. Which was awesome bonus.

There was a whole team of volleyball players that took over the whole breakfast area. They were done eating and just sitting there. Taking up the whole space, no other just could use it. It would of been nice if the hotel Staff asked them to move so other people could eat breakfast.

The staff was amazing!! very friendly and smart! will stay here again ! it was a last minute stay & I felt welcome as soon as I walked in. it is in a convenient location and was very affordable! i look forward to my next trip there

the hallway carpets were a dirty. but that was first thing in the morning. the cleaning crew had not yet arrived. aside from that, the hotel was great. I really appreciate the hospitality and the great price

We had a little issue with the cleaning smell of the room and my mom had a severe allergy reaction to the smell. They responded quickly and efficiently. We got moved in to a different room with a discounted price. The staff was very understanding and helpful.

it provided water at no charge

A large group of teenagers(athletes) were present during my stay. overall, they were good but occasionally there was noise in the hallway and they would have too much of a prescience in the breakfast area. The property was fine

The price was way too expensive for the value. This chain is normally prices $90 to $150 for a resort area. $275/night for this property with little to no resort amenities is crazy.

Everything was great our room was clean the AC worked well we were on the ground floor the breakfast was great and plentiful and 24 hr coffee and juice was great
