Front desk workers were courteous, beyond helpful, patient and warm. They had a through explanation of services, rooms, directions and more. Assigned Room offered was good, with plenty of space for one person or more if needed. Will DEFINITELY book again if needed!

Housekeeping entered room in the morning without knocking first, which was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Obviously didn't check with front desk because I had a late checkout (12pm) and she was entering the door at 1050am! Quite alarming!

Beds were comfortable. Linings were clean. Floor could have used an extra go over with the vacuum but other than that the place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had more than we expected. Enjoyed the shuttle service to the theme parks. Saved $32 utilizing this service. All staff members we came across were friendly and knowledgeable. And a HUGE security plus for locking the lobby doors after sunset. We felt safe staying here. We slept peacefully as well.

Location is great if you're looking for something close to the theme parks and offers shuttle service. The nearby neighbor hood stores, not so much. But this is not the fault of the hotel itself. I highly advise trying to remember everything you need before getting to your hotel otherwise you have to go a bit further to get to a nicer store.

Breakfast was set up great and they had nice options. Close to Busch Gardens. We didn’t encounter any smoking smells in hallways. Staff was accommodating when we asked for extra towels.

AC said it was on 66 temp in our room, but there was no way. We like it 75 normally and we were comfortable but once showers occurred it was becoming a bit warm. They don’t have much of a sitting area to just get out of room and hang out downstairs. Shower had some small hairs on walls that should have been cleaned off if they had just rinsed the wall after cleaning. Hallways are stuffy and warm. Beds were not queen beds. They were doubles, but our booking was for queen beds so that was misleading.

We live in tampa and had to evacuate due to the storm. We have been here 4 days with a 65lb goldendoodle, everyone of the staff have been fantastic, I call out Kara and the two men whose names I don't know, but entire staff has been great. Breakfast for free fantastic. Next door was olive garden restaurant to make dinner time easy in this trying time. Would give entire experience 10 out of 10

The furniture was awesome! So much creative storage and lighting options and beds were very comfortable.

My kids were heaetbroken that we couldn't swim at 6pm because the front desk said pool closed at dark. We understand you don't want people swimming late at night but 6pm?! It was Christmas day and nothing else was open, all we wanted to do was swim. The pool is heated and lit up.... that seemed unfair that we couldn't use it. The room was perfect and clean, except the carpet needed to be cleaned better.

The hotel was a real winner. Right across from Busch Gardens and a great little halal restaurant, it was fresh, clean and friendly. The breakfast was quite tasty and served hot and fresh. The coffee was out of a fresh ground coffee machine and was the best coffee we have ever had in all the hotels we've stayed at.

Great location near Moffitt Cancer Center where I am a patient. Tara, who checked me out in the morning was very kind and helpful regarding future stays at this property. She showed compassion and understanding that I was there for medical treatment and gave me some great advice.

Less noise late at night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the park was great, Charles the driver was very kind and helpful. I can’t say enough about the lady at the front desk, i unfortunately don’t recall her name, but I left something in the room when we checked out. I called the hotel and she immediately went to the room and retrieved the items while on the phone with me. This meant the world to me as the items were irreplaceable. Thanks to all the staff to making our stay so enjoyable.

The staff were all very friendly, the room was comfortable! especially Tara at the front desk, she was lovely! The kids loved interacting with her and John as we checked in and if we needed anything they were on it. as a frequent traveler, especially with young kids, I really appreciate their friendliness!!

if I had to have a con, the breakfast area (where the food was set out) left some to be desired. it was hard to get what you needed. we hit at a busy time so there wasn’t much room to get the breakfast. it could’ve been more organized, like the bread by the toaster, and plates in several places, like by the pancake machine as well as the line. but the staff were doing their best to keep up, and everything was good! the kids loved the mini pancakes!

Good location to Busch Gardens

Music from the barbecue food truck across the street was horrifyingly loud. Something needs to be done about that. No reason for the music to be that loud that it would disrupt guest, sleeping or relaxation from that far across the street. I understand there is nothing the staff can do, but there must be some sort of legal injunction that businesses in the neighborhood can engage in, that would allow that company to bring the music down just a bit.
