We got two suites- one that was accessible for those with impairments, and one without. Both were absolutely pristine and more than accommodating. These suites are prepared for your fully immersed & extended stay.

Not really a drawback, but their complementary breakfast featured great selections like their egg white frittata and their fabulous waffle station or fresh fruit I would say then I only wish it was open a little longer in the morning, but if you are an early to rise kind of person or not- don’t miss out! The hotel was clean and pleasant, though not particularly large. However, it was adequate for our needs. While the breakfast did not meet my expectations, the convenience of the location made up for it. The hotel is situated close to several major stores, making it easy to pick up essentials or do some shopping. There's also a Publix supermarket just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient for grabbing snacks and other necessities. Overall, if you're looking for a clean and conveniently located place to stay, this hotel is a solid choice, though you might want to explore nearby options for breakfast.

This hotel is beautifully designed. Staff was super helpful, and friendly. We were offered pool noodles when we requested pool towels and they even had playing cards at the front desk. The fire pit was so lovely, the kids roasted Marshmallows (there is a publix behind the hotel). They were able to extend our check-out later than any other hotel I've ever requested that at.

The sofa bed shouldn't be considered a "bed". It was extremely hard. There was no mattress or cushion at all really. I thought it would be fine for my small children (6 & 9), but even they thought the sofa bed was too hard to sleep on. If you plan to use the sofa bed, just book a double bed room instead.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was good, a good variety, service was friendly.

The pet fee was high. I was there because I live in a manufactured home. I was under a mandatory evacuation order due to Hurricane Idalia expected effects in the area I live in. I would think that under those circumstances the pet fee could be reduced if not waived, was disappointed that no consideration was given to special circumstances in the spirit of helping local communities.

The rooms were very updated and lovely. Very comfortable bed and bedding, the kitchenette and closet were amazing, would be a great place to stay for a longer period. Staff was excellent. All of our special requests were accommodated. Beautiful outdoor space with fire pits and areas to relax in the evening (although extremely close to interstate). Oatmeal breakfast toppings were really great! Breakfast options excellent

Although there were many options for breakfast, the eggs and sausage were strange, eggs were in cubes and sausage was nearly uncooked.

big space. sparkling and all you can need in a kitchen if your staying for longer days. Bed and pillows were so comfortable and all was really clean. The nature wood back view was relaxing. The receptionist was very kind and aware of my petition to have a private non noise room out of elevator, ice machines or laundry noises. Thank you so much.

sadly noise of cars on that night. Seems there was some kind of car racing competition nearby that specific night ; not the highway noise since I was at the back of property.

The room was very nice and up to date. All the amenities work well, and the staff is nice and helpful.

The window shade was a little dirty with a stain and the water pressure in the shower was low.

Staff were friendly and attentive. On my last day in town, I cooked on the grill, and to my surprise, they had everything you needed to grill even season's.

The pool was very nice and clean, our son took full advantage of it. The room was very spacious, loved having the kitchenette. Though we didn't take advantage of the breakfast, they seemed to have a nice selection of fruits and cereals for those who did. Staff was super friendly and had no problems getting towels changed out or trash picked up (traveling with our dog we don't like having regular housekeeping). Not once did they make us feel like we were annoying them. Overall good experience.

The pillows were so "empty" we might as well just slept flat on the mattress and the mattress it self wasn't to great, but that's kind of expected in a hotel. The pet fee was not mentioned on Booking.com but that isn't the hotels fault, so that was a not so nice surprise. $150 is an expensive pet fee to not be mentioned.
