quiet, exceptional staff (restaurant, bar, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance- every employee went above and beyond ALWAYS).

Understaffed during peak check in so the wait was very very long. to check in and the parking access and lobby were all backed up.

The hotel was conveniently located. It was easy to get in and out. Parking was ample. Staff was friendly. The room was ready when we arrived, which was prior to posted check-in time. This hotel is a short drive to many local areas to shop and dine.
Although there was a seal on the door indicating the room had been cleaned and sanitized, upon unloading our things, we found trash in the cabinet, leftover food from a previous guest in the refrigerator, and a sticky wet substance on the carpet between the beds. The climate in the room was difficult to maintain and we never were able to get the humidity lowered. It was convenient that our room was at the end of the hall close to an exit that opened to the parking lot where we were is usually parked, however, it was also very noisy, with that exit door being used all times of day and night. The pool area was clean. The chairs need repairs or replacing as many of them had worn out seats. The pool also could use more regular attention especially after storms. There was quite a bit of debris, even after a crew came in and skimmed.

property was not clean at all. very very very very dirty , my door had mold on the outside . I ca. upload pictures . the room smelled like very very bad mildew . when I asked GM changed rooms they said the rooms were sold out . the carpet was so dirty . I didn’t even take my shoes off during the stay .
