Great location! We were here for a sports tournament and even though the front of the building looks a bit worn, the rooms seem to have been recently renovated with no carpet in rooms! Big plus with me. Very clean and my boys loved having IHOP attached to the hotel. The pool area is surprisingly pretty and a very peaceful atmosphere. New table umbrellas and lounge chairs and lots of seating areas with shade under the palm trees. My only issue was that although the air conditioning is controlled by wall thermostat the wall unit has unmovable vents so I had to stack pillows up at night to keep it from blowing directly on me. But it worked great!! Room was immaculate, cool and had cute little towels shaped as swans. We appreciated the cruise like touch! The lobby area where the coffee was available had an odd smell, kinda of a urine smell but I hope a child just had an accident and it was cleaned up the next day. We checked out so I wasn’t there to find out. Cleaninf staff was extremely helpful with swapping out towels since we didn’t want the room cleaned with our game schedule. We came back and slept between games and always had fresh towels. I’m a single mom and we felt very safe and saved a bunch of money. No complaints at all!

Honestly, the staff is the reason for great rating. Victoria, the cleaning ladies, and the lady at the front desk at night were all truly well above average. They deserve praise. However, the room was overpriced, mainly because of the noise. Our room faced I-4, which was a pitching wedge away. Sirens and loud exhausts all night. Still the room was nice and got very dark and cool. Didn’t like the cheap shower head but it worked fine. Without the noise, easily a 9. Imo

The front desk staff were conscientious and happy to assist. The layout of our room was very pleasing to my wife, who remarked on that feature approvingly. Having a twenty-four-hour IHOP adjacent was a great convenience. As an electric vehicle driver, I was truly charged up about the ability to recharge the battery pack of my vehicle as I was sleeping, just as I do at home.

I wish the building had an elevator because one of my bags is rather large, but we worked around the issue.

I like my hotel bathroom to be more polished. Attention to detail, meaning the tub needed more finish. I could see under the shower tiles that were connecting to the tube. That was gross. For the price we paid. The finishes of the bathroom, room, etc ,should be perfect. Honestly, other than that, I thought it was a great room. There is plenty of space. Nice floors and comfy clean beds. I would stay again.

I did not have breakfast. The room was clean, the location was ok. The room had sliding glass doors, which were a safety concern. The hotel is very close to I-4, so traffic noises were an issue. The website did not inform that a $100.00 deposit was added to the cost of the room. The over all value was good.

Always our home away from home! Rooms are extremely large, spectacular pool, amazing, attentive staff. Food and snacks in the lobby, IHOP next door and an array of shopping and restaurants nearby. The rooms are the biggest in Lakeland as well as the pool, and you can't find a better value anywhere in Lakeland. Donna and Toni are my favorite 2 ladies in hospitality!

Little disappointed because we got an upstairs room this time, as we usually stay downstairs with 2 kids, but I understand that they were almost sold. People may say rooms are dated, but they are comfy and clean!

Virginia, Vicki and Destiny were wonderful, and the staff always made the stay exceptional due to the customer service. This is a no-frills property, close to the highway and business in Central Florida and accommodations are comfortable and clean.

Near a noisy highway and construction. Some of the guests were rude and smoking outside constantly. Parking can be tight.

The room looked much older than on the photos. But since everything was very clean and was in good working condition, that was really no problem here. The staff is exceptionally friendly. You will receive an SMS message before you arrive and also after leaving with good information and contact information.

We book on short-notice and therefore the price was much too high.

The pool closes so early, like 7:30. Very strong fabuloso smell when you walk in. It's nice to know it's clean, but very potent and tough for anyone with allergies. Housekeeping is up knocking on doors very early. Check out was at 11 but we had people knocking on our door starting at 8. Even with the do not disturb sign on the door. It was very frustrating. And they kept coming back!

Large room, clean, everything worked, comfortable bed, everything we needed. Better than expected, one of the best hotels of this type we've stayed in yet priced below most "Better" hotels all around it.

They do not offer breakfast but not a big deal as many places to eat very close including a I-Hop a few feet away.
