This location had a lot big enough for our truck and trailer. The room had no carpet which is a bonus now days for us. The check-in was great and courteous. When we had a problem with our a/c in our room, they were super quick in responding even offering to change us to another room if we wanted. We requested a non-smoking room and the room did not smell like smoke nor did the towels nor did at anytime during our overnite stay did we smell smoke. The area was quite, no issues. Right at the 4 West/East split which was so convenient

Cold, cereal ONLY breakfast was the only thing I'd have to say we were disappointed in.

Staff was excellent especially Vic when we checked in. He answered all our questions and gave us alot of information about how to get around. Asked for a handicap room and we loved it, especially the walk-in shower. The amenities were great. Definitely will stay again when back in the area. The grab and go breakfast was good even though we didn't go anywhere, had plans to go places but stayed at hotel all day and did nothing

The first room I didn't like because it had roaches in it. So I asked for a room on the 2nd floor that I liked when I stayed before it was a little bit more expensive because it was courtyard view but the staff were nice enough to move me with no problem or questions asked.

There are roaches alot of them in the downstairs rooms. They shouldn't put everyone in one spot.

Very clean! We were visiting and left Lakeland view inn because it’s was dirty and felt so unsafe. So when we got to Howard we were so thankful it was clean well put together and staff everywhere if you needed anything! Thank you so much for the clean and safe environment for me and family 🫶🏻 stay blessed

Beautiful room awesome a/c great water pressure you can't go wrong getting a room here sleep comfortably with no noise

Just wish they had elevators so we could of had a smoking room but it wasn't a big deal we just went outside

Breakfast is very weak. Have to ask for a Grab n' Go bag and old man at desk was grouchy about it. You need a more customer friendly person at front desk.
