The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast bar was very nice serving real eggs not the fake stuff along with sausage links, fruit, cereal, a yogurt bar, and all the other typical items you would expect as well as tea bags to make your own cup of tea. I pass up the free breakfast at some hotels but not this one! The hotel was also very clean and managed well. You could not tell the age of the property by the way it’s kept. The rooms did not have carpet so no funky carpet smell and the floors were free from dirt!! (That’s rare from my experience and says alot considering they were fully booked both nights of our stay.) The ice machine is behind the front desk so you have to ask staff for ice when you need it which wasn’t an issue for us considering that means few hands have touched it. The pillows were very comfortable and the mattress was decent.

The beds are squeaky. The first night we were in a double room with double beds and the squeaky beds were a bit much. Considering they were fully booked there was not an option to switch rooms. The second night we were in the executive king room. Again the bed was squeaky but not so much that it interrupted my sleep. If you’re not a light sleeper it won’t be an issue.

Mattress was extremely comfortable, best sleep I ever had. Quiet, no noise from adjacent rooms or outside despite the hotel being fully booked. Conveniently located for those attending Sun n Fun in Lakeland, quick 15-17 minutes drive. Breakfast and Coffee was good. Also close to the Mulberry Café and Coffee. Would recommend and will stay again when I go to Sun n Fun in April.

Delicious hot breakfast. Extremely friendly staff. The room was peaceful and clean. The mini fridge was actually more like a half size! Coffee and tea around the clock and ample parking. It's in a small cozy little town. The brick oven pizza place down the street hit the spot after mile 20 mile hike!

The quietness of the hotel not only in the hotel but the area surrounding. The breakfast gave good variety to allow a change each morning. Staff was very welcoming.

There was a lack of communication of changing of room that was reserved. But while checking out manager explained what happen with the original room.

Available free continental breakfast between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.. Coffee was 24/7. Hotel was located directly on route 60 and directly across the street from train tracks but I never heard of sound from either.

Housekeeping never made it to our room. We were gone from 9:30 a.m.until 4:00 p.m.. I do know that the hotel was completely booked. I do however attribute that oversight to short staffing.

Close to all activities. Quite location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Michelle treated us like family and was very helpful and professional. Would definitely stay here again.

we appreciated the quiet rooms, the friendly staff at the front desk and we enjoyed a nice breakfast. no complaints. They were in the middle of remodeling but that did not seem to interfere with our stay

My CC and debit card didn't work due to previous fraud transaction and I was unable able to pay cash, despite having correct amount. Was very inconvenient trying to transfer money from overseas late at night.
