We didn't check in until after 11pm, so we were a little worried about our reservation. The employee at the front desk quickly put our minds at ease. She was friendly and efficient and had us checked-in in no time. Great experience. The room was clean and very comfortable. Took a few minutes for the shower to heat up, but once it did, it was perfect. And your shower gel and lotion smell really nice. Just wished we had gotten to the hotel earlier and so we could have used the pool and checked out the area.

We couldn't connect to the internet. Got a message saying we weren't in the system. I guess because of the time we checked in?

The room was extremely spacious and fit our family of 6 perfectly. The pool was only 5 ft deep which made it easy for my little ones to swim or myself carry them around the entire pool without fear of losing my footing. The staff was amazing! They were courteous and were able to get us extended checkout and early check in for my son's birthday. Made the day and the stay extra special.

The beds were pretty firm (I prefer a softer bed) and the top blanket was pretty scratchy- the comforter was exceptionally soft though. There was a fee on our card for $4.77 that was later credited back. They advised it was a service fee but it was never disclosed. The staff was very nice at crediting it back and said they would advise their team to disclose it moving forward.

The staff was nice and courteous. It was very clean and our room was large.

I didn’t care for the breakfast. I realize it’s free, but there was not one healthy option. The only thing I could find to eat was a banana. All the other things were unhealthy breakfast options one kind of yogurt some kind of butter substitute instead of real butter, I think in this changing world it would be good to rethink what foods they’re serving for their breakfast

Everything from entrance to exit. The staff constantly checked on us via text that was amazing 👏

The breakfast selection could have been a little more as my husband can not have red meat, so turkey or chicken sausage could be an option as well as the omelet could be cheese and or just scrambled eggs.

The property was newer and clean. A lot of electrical plugs and USB plugs on both side of the bed.

The shower had a big crack that made you stand at an incline. There was a gap under the door which let light and noise in.

The breakfast was great. Clean and fresh variety was excellent.

Did not enjoy the parking situation across the street from the Hotel.

I loved the breakfasts, and the staff. Anytime I went to the desk for drinks, food or questions. The staff was a considerable help. Even at 11:00 pm on a night h couldn't sleep, I asked the staff if they had coffee, they instantly put a pot on for me. I thought that was nice. I usually drink coffee all thru out night and day. It doesn't interfere with my sleep times so I drink coffee whenever I would like some.

Clean comfortable hotel with shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Breakfast was a bit lacking.

There were notices in the elevator that the water would be turned off from 11-3 on 12-8 and then again on 12-9 Also you had to request at the front desk that housekeeping clean your room or you didn’t have fresh towels or the beds made.
