The building is definitely older but well worth the money. Its very clean and staff is always friendly. As long as you are not expecting a 5 star hotel then you will be satisficed- and I don't meant that in negative way at all.

There's nothing that I didn't like everything was fine no problems with me at all actually they go above and beyond the meaning of hospitality genuine hospitality at that

Very clean,staff and owner very friendly, professional, helpful and humanitarian,evey time I stayed in Lakeland book in this hotel and will keep do it. It's not expensive and the treatment is first class.

The motel is a great place that allows you to feel secure. It has clean rooms and the housekeeping staff was nice. The location was great due to anything you needed was around.

Management and staff are very friendly and immediately take care of any special needs. Stores and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Can't think of a thing I would change

I feel comfortable staying here than any. I've stayed at they are really nice here.the room is so comfortable and my dogs really like it here.Thats what I think about my dogs.

My trip here has been wonderful , Skylar at the front desk is super attentive has knowledge to everything we ask him about the property and it's goals ,Al the owner is also a great person doing everything he can in his power to make us comfortable he sees all day today projects r done and is even handa on with his guest ,trust me I know I see him every day talking n taking care of our needs ,Just wanna say to all u need a big comfy room to stay at come on down to our side of town there's all that need here .At the best Motel ty again . sincerely Mrs Parker ..
