Location and breakfast

This is reference to confirmation 4239961978. I prepaid through you on 9-25-23 on credit card ending 1588 a total of 507.69. I prepaid through booking.com to get a cheaper rate. I get to hotel and the staff insisted I did not prepay you. I had to pay again and it is now 667.38. I want you to investigate this and refund me my money. I talked to two different people at the site and same story. They both said we were customers of booking.com. I find this unacceptable. Please refund my money to credit card ending 1588.

We were there on a last minute basis due to the passing of a family member. We stayed 4 nights. They let us have an early check-in and a late check-out due the circumstances at no additional charge. The cleanliness of the room, the staff, and the breakfast were excellent. So many breakfast items to choose from. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Check in staff was good and the hotel was clean. Great location for meeting our friends in town.

Limited selection on breakfast and when trying to shower the morning of checkout I was unable to get hot water even after running the faucet for several minutes. Lets just say it was invigorating.

The people there are so very nice and the breakfast was wonderful and the lady Mon thru Friday is a sweetheart. I would stay there again and tell anyone looking for a good motel

Close to I-4, Denny’s in walking distance. Very clean, breakfast was awesome and the breakfast staff kept the area snd tables clean and the food replenished. Hammock outside was a nice treat along with the oversized chairs to take photos. 5 minutes from Dinosaur World. Great Stay!!

Everything was great! No complaints.

I liked the Dove products in the bathroom. The breakfast are was very clean. Breakfast itself was excellent. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. The front desk person put us by thr elevator so I wouldn't have to walk to far. I use a cane to walk.

Ms. Ann and Rose. Also, the young man when we checked out. The staff is wonderful!! And Ms. Ann is best ever!!!! We can't say enough about her.

It was difficult to turn on shower but you had to keep it tight cause it would leak. We let the front know.

The location to Baseball field!!! The staff is always very pleasant and make you feel welcome!! !

The 1 elevator it was busy and took several minutes in double digits at times to wait.

The staff was very nice ,it was clean and the rooms were spacious. The staff was very understanding that we was there for football games with the children and was very helpful with the kids we thank them so much

Nothing

The breakfast was very good and even though the hotel was fully booked and crowded they kept the food hot and fresh.

The only thing was the beds were a bit on the small side.
