Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was varied and tasty. The mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave in room were incredibly helpful. We did not get to use the amenities (pool, gym, laundry) but they looked nice and clean, and the gym had a bottle filler, which I did use. The room was clean with plenty of towels. I liked that the pillows were labeled "firm" and "soft". The pantry in the lobby was appreciated, as was the shampoo/soap/lotion dispensers, as opposed to all those tiny bottles.

I wish the hotel did a better job of recycling and producing less waste. I do recognize this is not easy, but it something that stands out for me.

Everything was perfect. The facilities and the room were clean, the pool was perfect and the staff....AWESOME. The bed was super comfortable. The free breakfast is the morning was great too. Check out the pancake machine if you stay there. I would definitely stay there again. Loads of great restaurants are nearby as well.

Getting to it on Florida Avenue was kinda tough crossing the road if traveling north. But there is a hidden cheat; turn onto Imperial Drive, take the 1st right and follow that driveway onto the property. Problem solved!!

Location was great for everything we had planned. Breakfast was good. Very quiet, Staff was very pleasant, one of the housekeepers was particularly accommodating (wish I knew her name).

The entrance and signage for the entrance are suboptimal - comes up fast and the sign isn't very large. I have asthma and something they use in cleaning was a trigger for my asthma/allergies.

Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast is included. The size of my King suite was great for the price. The bed was very comfortable. Another TV in the sitting area would be nice. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful.

No great view, but that's because of the location. The rooms should be stocked with more clean towels.

Main course of Breakfast was same for several days(two difference types of omelets and two different types of sausage all of the days.)Would like a little bit of change day to day.

We loved its central location in Lakeland and the staff could not have been friendlier! Everyone was so kind. The fitness facilities were also great.

The included breakfast left a lot to be desired, but I understand it’s “included”. The folks working the buffet were doing their best.

The room was clean and smelled clean the cleaning lady came by the very next morning to see if we needed and more towels or toilet. The front desk was welcoming and made check in easy and quick it was a great stay a little bit hidden

Unfortunately the do not accept cash and on my arrival date someone hacked my debit card so my bank closed it out so all I had available was cash and the hotel didn't accept cash so I had to leave to go buy drinks and snacks for my kids.

Breakfast was great, location was perfect for our vacation plans around Lakeland. We will stay here on all future visits to Lakeland.

Very nice location, close to a bunch of things. Spacious rooms, super clean hotel. Nicely designed. Laundry facilities and a small but sufficient workout room. Really good breakfast. And a pool!

Everything was great.

The comfortable of the beds, the cleaness, the breakfast. I asked the staff for a late checkout because my son plays baseball and we didn't know at what time the game was going to finish and they gave me a late checkout without problems. I'm satisfied with the service and with my stay in general.
