Rooms were so clean property was quiet tucked away from how busy north Lakeland truly is with more than 1/3 of Lakeland entire population but still only 5-7 mins away from ALL shops food and tourism 20 mins from hard rock casino Tampa channel side and Tampa beaches staff are friendly and will walk you through every thing breakfast is hot and fresh with a Belgian waffle iron for the freshest waffles different proteins outmeal eggs cereal juice bread with toaster the items here are not offered at surrounding hotels at the price point in which this hotel offers very affordable and honestly under booked a real gem in the north Lakeland area seriously check them out

Breakfast was fine, but when they ran out of something, they did not seem to replace it unless asked. WiFi is strong. Very close to restaurants, convenience stores, gas, and the Tigers stadium

The property needs a refurb. Everything is beat up and old, but great people, good location, and good price. While it is beat up, it is clean and the staff is attentive. It just needs paint and some care.

Customer service was good the rooms where clean and the hotel was clean as well. Front desk was helpful and informed me about everything I needed to know at the hotel. Only wish there wasn’t an 100 fee added to my checking account but it was refundable after check out . But in all I will book again

water hot (shower) instant, coffee maker, small refrigerator, microwave Hot breakfast was offered ( waffer maker, scramber eggs, coffee, hot drinking water) orange & apple juices.

carpet could use more shampoo or re-carpet (we could smell carpet dryrotten 4/10) also the dining room have that smell too the bed kind of slumpy (soft) & noisy when move in & out

Loved the breakfast time, very very kind Mrs.Rivera, the pool was great, the whole Hotel was absolutely the best in have ever stayed in! We absolutely loved everything about it!

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was good, a little small. Thoyught we had booked 2 queens but it was 2 doubles, which we made work.

an extrra towel for the 3rd person. We got one from the desk.

I only needed a clean room where I could sleep and take a shower. It met my expectations.

The breakfast was a little sparse. We didn't even bother. Also, it wasn't close to town and a little hard to get to.

Location was great. It was quiet. Clean. Big room with a fridge and a microwave. Bed was ok. Water pressure was great and they had fluffy towels.

There was an “old” smell in the room. Smelled like the curtains or the carpet needed to be cleaned

That I had to put up $100 deposit then when we checked out we were told it will be returned to our card in 7 to 10 business days I'm very upset and pissed at same time
