Room was mostly new from a remodel, but the sink area was not new and not in good condition but usable. New floors and totally new bathroom was very nice.

Upon arrival was told that they did not accept my American Express card for payment. I had to use my debt card to pay for my stay which meant the full amount for my stay came out of my account the next day. The newly remodeled room had no place for me to hang up any of my cloths. The bathroom while being new, the toilet bolts were sticking up a goo three inches and could be a hazard.

The staff was excellent, attentive, caring, friendly and always working making sure things are taken care of. We loved the beds those were our favorite.

I know that they are renovating but I think little things like the bathroom fixtures and towels holders could help make it look better. Also we had to deal with 5 roaches but they were not out of control we bought roach killers and kept trash and food out of the room. The tub water was not draining while we showered.

The room was great. At first I had a problem with operating the T. V. But I called the front desk the gentleman was so nice and he helped very well. And showed me twice on how to operate the remotes and I was able to do it myself. The towels were smaller I liked the others ones better. Because we're larger. But those were Ok. Just smaller. I had to use 2 towels each time.

I like Large towels . I didn't bring my large personal Towels Do to they we're larger the last time. I did bring my large towels but I didn't have to use them due the fact your towels were great before, no problem. I'll bring my own. I didn't eat breakfast because I had plans with my family. All in all I really didn't have a bad anything to say. The staff were nice.

The property was good. They’re doing through my remodel no coffee pots in the rooms no coffee in the lobby no breakfast at this time.

Location was Great and room was comfortable bed was great

However there was cups etc in room for coffee but no coffee maker. Also no soap to wash with in the room. The coffee in the lobby in the morning for the complementary breakfast was COLD Lots of noise being made by others during the night on 2nd Floor

I like most of staff . They're great. Sandy, Angie, billy., cleaning crew.

Had trouble with getting checked in due to incompetent person . Toilet kept running , never got it fixed. Didn't disturb sleep though.

The staff especially Ms. Sandy are great. At this point i stay there every 3 to 4 months to visit family & she knows me & recognizes my name & my room is usually ready . I wouldn't stay any where else @ this point. Cleaning is done well especially due to covid & i feel safe there. My hats off to you my friends @ Baymont Inn.
