The continental breakfast was great although that might only be on the weekends. We stayed Thursday to Sunday and Friday they had some Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. Saturday and Sunday they had a full spread which included waffles, eggs, sausage/bacon, etc.

Several things in our room were broken. We stayed in a king bed room with a pull out couch and the couch was broken. We tried to pull it out which was almost impossible and once we did get it out it was bent and wouldn’t lay flat. The phone and tv remote were also broken and the microwave did not have a plate in it. The soap dispenser in the shower was broken and when my boyfriend tried to fix it he cut his finger on a small piece of metal sticking out. The pool area was nice although there was a very strong propane smell that would come and go.

Jean at the front desk was AMAZING and super helpful !!

Our bathroom had mold on the ceiling in rm 212 that could be smelled as soon as you walk in the room.

Nice clean property with great amenities. Staff was very professional and courteous. Location is close to the highway, restaurants and plenty of shopping locations.

King Studio- Not a deal breaker but the tv was wall mounted (no swivel) on the wall to the right of the bed. Made it very odd to watch tv while laying in bed. Tv was perfect for watching from the couch area though.

I liked everything about the place except the guy that checked me in at night called about my animals ridge animals registration to the manager and she told him to wave the fee and he did not. I am still waiting to get money back for things they charged put ahold of my account for.

the metal framing in the wall in shower was broken and cut my sons ankle a little bit. also, there were small children running and jumping and dropping things in the room above ours that woke us up early and kept us up for hours after. the. staff did try to help, but the family did not change the situation.

The guy that checked me in would not accept the fact that my dog was a registered service animal he charged me a $100 for it and I got a $180 charge on top of that and I haven't got the money back yet
