It was convenient and reasonable.

I didn’t like that I was required to pay an extra $100 deposit after I had already paid for the room. The room was supposed to be paid when I checked in but it was charged to my card within a couple days of when I made the reservation. Now I have an extra $100 on my card snd it will take up to 2 weeks to get the credit. I was also disappointed that there was no breakfast as advertised. We stayed here last year and there was the same breakfast issue so after a year it was still not corrected and still advertised as free breakfast.

My family overall liked the room - the TV worked well, bathroom was clean, towels were soft and nice. Both beds were clean and comfortable. We expected to have a sit-down breakfast, but we were handed two small paper bags with some breakfast-ey items in them, but since there was coffee in the lobby, we were good. The ladies at the front desk were pleasant to speak to as well.

1. Every now and then the AC vent on the ceiling that was across the bathroom door was making loud rattling/clanking sound as if there was a loose metal pieces were hitting each-other. 2. Even though the carpet in the room was vacuumed, the carpet itself was extremely dirty. It seemed as if even deep cleaning couldn't save the day. I would strongly suggest replacing the carpet.

Nice greeting on arrival - very spacious room and facilities such as TV, fridge, microwave and coffee machine all good. Rooms are tired though and fittings such as door to outside, lighting, curtains and shower fittings all need updating. Breakfast bag was useful idea and parking plentiful.

They serve a decent breakfast. all of the staff were nice. They did tidy up my room throughout my stay but did not touch my belongings. it’s a very convenient location.

I stayed on the 3rd floor and I feel like things just need an update. The carpet, the doors, the chairs inside the rooms just looked dirty as though they’ve been used for years! it smelled wet and like mildew on my floor. Not enough close parking to the front entrance. It was a bit creepy walking around the building to get back to the front door because there aren’t any side doors to enter.

Staff amability, room with amenities (microwave, fridge, coffee machine) and super centric with a waffle house at waking distance and some shops very close, the room asigne was the first one in the entrance and the hotel is 11 min from the RP Funding Centet for my daugther dance competition.

Carpet smell and every day I needed to ask for another tower because there were 3 of us in the room and they only let us have 2.

staff was friendly , the hotel is very clean, the breakfast is very good, bed are comfortable. Living room with a big piano was excellent, pool is deep and clear water.

when I pay for the hotel I did in full for two nights....nobody told me I have to make a deposit of 100 dollars .... The way to the pool is not good, ( it is through the dining room and the door is always closed)

The rooms were very nice and clean, The beds were very comfortable

There was a light that shine right into the room and you couldn't close the curtains. No real breakfast, We didn't like the bag breakfast, we only ate the banana.

The location was good, the staff was always polite and ready to help. The rooms were nice and their breakfast was wonderful.

hard to get into as you had to be on correct side of the divider. each time we returned at night we had to go past the entrance and do a u-turn down the street to return to the building.

Didn't have clean towels every day and service was scarse ..Pool was unusable and gates were locked so couldn't even sit around it.We booked here because of pool.

The Staff went BEYOND normal to help Us & make sure ANY PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED IN MINUTES!! The young desk clerk in the evening was AMAZING!!!

No Balconies BUT THAT IS MY ONLY ONE, LOL EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREAT!!
