My stay at Holiday Inn Express was a perfect experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and eager to assist with anything I needed. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for, including a massive and comfortable bed. The Wi-Fi was good and I could use my gaming laptop to stream games. The breakfast service was excellent, and the dining area was clean and well-organised, with staff on hand to ensure everything ran smoothly. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, with easy access to local attractions and facilities. Parking was convenient, and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in delivering an exceptional experience for their guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Breakfast selections could have been better. Fresh eggs would be nice. Other than that I can't fault the place and price point.

Very clean & friendly staff. Great breakfast either way many options…eggs, sausage, bacon, home fries, pancakes, bagels, freshly baked cinnamon baked cinnamon rolls, cereal & fruit.

Not having a tv listing of local stations. Guide on tv only has call letters does not show if it’s ABC, NBC FOX. Spent 1/2 hour finding these stations by googling call letters.

We were escaping the coast of Florida for the recent hurricane. We arrived very early. My wife entered the Hotel at about noon to use the bathroom. She explained the situation to Katrina, and she did all she could, and we were in our wonderful room at 1:00 PM! The room was outstanding. The decor was beautiful. The bathroom also was exceptionally good. The shower to die for! The breakfast was better than the Hilton we stayed in in Delaware in August. Maribel, the breakfast attendant, was very friendly and helpful. All around, our experience was unique and a 10!

I must investigate why I paid more than I signed for at check-in.

Friendly staff, I wish I caught the 7-3 woman's name, she was very accommodating. Room was great, bed was comfortable, bathroom was large, whatever scent they used was nice was not over taking when you entered the room. Also didn't smell like they were covering something up lol , I did not try the breakfast, there was a group in house with a lot of kids so I just skipped it. No issues at all. I will definitely be back!

Smalling super small.. the floor in the shower was not level lol other than that it didn't ruin my stay. I noticed it, others might not.

the breakfast provided every morning was superb! The kitchen staff was continually adding to the supply and were curteous and friendly every day. The housekeeping staff was amazing! Polite, concerned and totally attentive to our room's need for cleaning or changing supplies. The front desk personnel were equally friendly and helpful, especially the young lady.

Too much noise early in the morning. Window/building washers disturbed my sleep with excessive continually beeping noise. This type of work should be delayed until after 9:00 am to ensure guests are not disturbed.

Breakfast was excellent. The breakfast attendant and staff member was exceptionally friendly and personable. Friendly cleaning staff and comfortable room.

4:00 check in , room wasn’t ready. Front desk clerk not the friendliest. Lights in the hallways were out nearly half a day.

The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff was great. Katrina at the front desk was exceptional! Give that girl a raise or make her manager, she was soo kind and helpful I also left her a review on Google.

The ONLY thing I didn't like was location, if you want decent food instead of drive thru its about a 25 min drive depending what restaurants you go to but it wasn't a big deal for us. We will definitely return.

Some elements felt a little more dated. For example, even something simple like a more modern frame around the door to the elevator would help it feel a little newer

Breakfast was great! Not fake! keep up the good work. Travelers follow good food. I will stay again for that reason
