I loved the location. You really can walk to major stores and restaurants. And there were plenty to choose from. Breakfast was delicious, I love oatmeal for breakfast and the toppings were plentiful with many choices.

I'm not really a fan of the layout. I had a handicap room on the 4th floor. It was very quiet and this would probably be a great option if I were traveling with family. When I travel alone for work I'm looking for convenience. I'm not cooking, so even though there's no restaurant on site I appreciated the convenience of them. But I knew when I booked what I was getting. It is not a bad choice just not my favorite personally when traveling for work.

"We attend a convention every year and luckily, we discovered this place last year which we absolutely love. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, the place is clean and spacious, and all the necessities are available in one room. The continental breakfast served here is probably the best I have ever had."

Although we experienced a shortage of silverware during our stay at the hotel on two occasions, I was impressed by the quick response of the front desk staff in resolving the issue.

Breakfast needed more attention to people that don't eat pork products. Breakfast Attendants was very good.

The windows don't open or you can't get fresh air into the room. 4 people was congested because of no fresh air.

Large room, comfortable sleeping and sitting. We were in town for grandson's wedding and enjoyed socializing with groups of family in room. Staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

.Parking was plentiful but shared and could be confusing

Breakfast was the worst out of any hotel that we’ve stayed at that offers free breakfast. For those of us who don’t like waffles..we like the option of eggs and biscuits and gravy etc to which none of these were an option on any day we stayed. The breakfast options were the same each day.

We actually came for our honeymoon, and we're very pleased with how friendly and quick to answer any questions we had the staff was , &the room it's self went way above our expectations, we will definitely be back in the future .

The rooms were very clean, up to date and designed very stylish. I loved the kitchen area and that Netflix was on the large TV.

The room needed more trash cans.

The friendliness of Jacob and Shavonne at check-in.

The shower was missing the shower gel, and it took an extremely long time for the water to heat up.

Free breakfast options were great and readily available. Hotel is clean, linens are nice and location is great.
