The staff are very nice the rooms are a bit small tho.

I did not like the fact that when I wanted to pay for a month I was told that there machine was not working I find that very hard to believe and felt rushed to pay when it was not our fault and it also cost us alot more to run close to have the rent before noon then I acquired fees from the ATM then more charges from my bank also. I told my husband to relax they can't kick us out it wasn't our fault there machine was "broke". One lady here had told me they tried that with her and she refused and could ABSOULTY not get to an ATM (she has one leg) so they put the sign down and run her card..,...all I know is it was the only issue we had. I know times are hard so can't say id blame a French benefit but she thought the staff were possibly putting some cash in the pocket The staff are great!!

Outstanding staff - they go above and beyond to try and accommodate guests and it shows!!!!!

Unfortunately, there have been issues with the cable not working, and it's not just been one day, it's consistently going out!!!! Sadly, when there's really nothing for a person to do because of an inability to get transportation or physical limitations, you really become dependent on being able to watch TV so when the cable cuts out - it gets DEPRESSING!!!!!! But honestly, if that's the only negative right here, I think we're probably doing better than most!!!!!

Very friendly new staff female that checked me, made sure I got the room I paid for and I told her not having a microwave was fine for now. I loved my room was very clean and beds neat, clean outside area. I love that the staff watches people while their inside the pool.

My child didnt get a chance to get into the pool. The capacity was 20 but he's never been in their pool yet. Now it's rainy weather/Tropical Storm Debbie. It hasn't affected this area that bad at all. It should be a wait 30 minute time for the pool so that all guess can enjoy the pool area. I mean don't we all pay for the convenience of the pool?

Robert,GM is exceptional!!! He's a pleasure to work with, he treats everyone with respect, always offers a greeting with a smile on his face!! He runs a tight ship, which shows in the overall improvement of the property. A definite asset to this Motel 6. Tamika and Juan are also outstanding - they both go out of their way to accommodate guests with upbeat, positive attitudes and ALWAYS a smile on their faces!! Both are definite assets to Motel 6 and greatly appreciated!!!!

The staff here does everything they can to accommodate guests to ensure a comfortable experience, even during difficult times, or shall I say less than easy to communicate with guests/employees!!!! Unfortunately, not all guests appreciate the effort the employees put forth and I've often times heard guests speak disrespectful to employees and other guests, it makes it hàrd to meet expectations when you're being disrespected!!!!!!!

The Internet/wifi consistently going down!!!! TV cutting off every time there's a storm, although that's to be expected with this lovely weather in June!!!!!

The staff here, from the ladies at the front desk, to the housekeeping staff to the gentlemen keeping up the grounds/maintenance are fantastic!!! They truly go above and beyond to accommodate me, ensure my safety daily - I just can not say enough great things about these people!!! I absolutely feel as though I've been embraced by family and that's a great feeling especially now because of personal issues that are causing quite a lot of stress right now. The staff here rocks!!! And it starts at the top - Ivory-GM, Lakita-Assistant GM do an amazing job at keeping their staff motivated, involved and overall HAPPY and it makes a huge difference in their work ethic and ultimately their performance!!! Noise from the highway but that's completely out of their control!!!

I need to mention something that I consider a "class act." The assistant general manager, Lakita, had a situation one morning where there weren't enough housekeepers. Lakita put on a housekeepers apron, retrieved a housekeeping cart and proceeded to clean rooms along side her staff!!! In my book, that's called a class act!!!! She absolutely did not have to step into the role of housekeeping staff that morning, but she did without hesitation!!! That speaks volumes to not just guests like myself, but to the people she works with!!!! She didn't want her staff to feel overwhelmed and be overworked. That's awesome!!!!! There's not enough people out there that display that outstanding work ethic!!!! She needs a raise and then a vacation (paid in full.)

Once again the staff here go above and beyond to ensure that my stay is as comfortable and safe as it possibly can be!!!! Jackie one of the ladies that holds down the front desk is awesome!!!! I've dealt with her on prior occasions but I always forgot to get her name!!!! I remembered to get her name because she deserves mentioning!!!! She is always upbeat, professional and keeps me smiling when I don't always want to smile!!!! I truly hope that the "upper management" of this Motel 6 realize the quality people that they employ!!!! The rates for this weekend got raised significantly and I understand that fluctuations are to be expected but I don't have to like it!!!! I'll still pay because I'd rather stay here than anyplace else!!!

Everything was good except for the cleaning part in the towels they don't have that many towels they don't clean the rooms like they used to you have to go to the front desk I never heard such a thing

Cleaning the room like everywhere else clean the room every day put some fresh styles that could have been good

Staff always makes me feel welcome and goes out of Thier way to ensure all is well!!! The property has been cleaned up nicely and Robert and his wonderful crew of workers goes above and beyond to keep it that way, and it shows!!! Wonderful!!!! Thanks to everyone for a job very well done and maintained!!!!!
