I try & stay here when I come to town about 2 to 3 xs a yr. It is almost always good.it is clean & relatively quiet. Kids sit up in lobby for better Internet.

The air conditioner leaked in both rooms this time , sheets kept coming off bed in one room , shower was a bit hard to turn off in both rooms at night & toilets would keep running if we didn't adjust it. One air-conditioning stopped working & it got a bit hot in there on the last night. I like to stay here , there are a number of hotels in the area I like to switch up sometimes to see which offers bert value for your money.

The location is excellent, very easy to get on/off I-4. I recommend calling the site and clarifying parking availability if you’re driving something bigger than a personal vehicle - I didn’t scope that out. Parking easy in personal vehicle. The price was reasonable by the standards of the area.There are restaurants within easy walking distance if you want to stretch out or a quick hop in the vehicle. I found a lovely park just a couple miles away with paved, marked walking loops and ample parking, Parker Lake Park. Staff friendly and helpful. WiFi OK. Safe neighborhood.

The soundproofing isn’t great - a woman in the next room was going on about something that annoyed her at 12:40 AM. The included breakfast is very basic, but set up well with ample seating. Cleanliness was adequate. Signs of wear for such a new building. It served well as an overnight stopover.

They had a sole entrance and monitored on who came in and out. They also were helpful about having the ability to edit booking information on the spot due to outside circumstances for the situation. Absolutely friendly and their employee jade was amazing in hospitality.

They don't exactly have a model room picture to be able to realize what you're booking. For a family of 5 the family room did well especially for two disabled/ short distance walking ability guests, but I would have checked more of the room layouts available before choosing had I known a generic look for the amount of guests.

The location was great, close to the I-4. There was a 7 eleven across the street and a strip mall with a grocery store, drugstore and other shops a 5 minute drive down the street. The staff at the front desk were great. There was a fridge and microwave in the room.

The room was really bare. There was no dresser to put clothes in. The breakfast was very basic, just the bare minimum.

Real bad couple fighting next room all night long. Desk went and knocked and talked to them at least 3 times to no avail. When it kept up and we called desk to notify police, we were told its not responsibility of hotel, we would have to call police, and I didn't feel it was our responsibilty, but the hotel's, protecting their other guests.!

Our Double Queen room was perfect for myself and my 2 teen girls. Nice and clean and spacious. Having a fridge and microwave was handy.

Apparently, there is a towel shortage. We were provided with 2 towels, hands towels, and washcloths... even though they knew there were 3 of us. Breakfast was disappointing. A few packaged muffins, 1 frozen sandwich, granola bars, and fruit cocktail cups! Our toilet overflowed at one point. We called the front desk. The front desk employee came to clean up the mess. It took her 30-40 minutes because she kept leaving and coming back with things she needed or forgot.

This place was very clean beds were very comfortable staff was very very nice I can't say anything bad about this place I used to stay at the Baymont inn and that place has gone to heck It's terrible over there please don't stay over there I stayed over there for years and now it's a dump with strange people roaming around night and day it was very uncomfortable there It's very dirty over there come stay here at the Days inn and you will totally enjoy your stay

The only thing I could really say was that they need to clean the exhaust fans in the bathroom other than that having a cleaning company myself I thought the cleaning was great It was clean you had things you wanted they even had pool towels the pool was beautiful not over chlorinated fun to swim in

Showers need to be cleaned better sinks need to be cleaned better they have black mold in them that can be dangerous to someone's health a little vinegar or actually bleached will help that and they scrub brush I only cleaning companies so I am particular about that

The spa tub was nice but the room was small, should lower the price a little. The breakfast was ok. Should havd had more options, like bananas...

The people above me were being very loud and banging things. Could hear doors slamming. It finally calmed down, and I was able to relax a bit. $ 3.oo for candy that should be $2.00. Like give your customers a break considering your pool isn't even heated.And your breakfast is lacking any thing eorth what we pay

Loved the fact that the property is clean and well kept. The staff were awesome. The location is excellent. The heater was out in my room at one point and the issue was addressed and taken care of right away. Thank u, thank u!
