Breakfast was good; the location was a bit noisy.

the hotel uses pump containers filler with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel - not a problem. The staff had no way of filling the pump containers when they were empty and only small amounts of these items in small containers when the larger pump containers ran out of supplies. Housekeeping should have ensured the containers were filled, there is nothing like entering a shower to find there is no shower gel.

I cannot recall the name of the Front Desk Clerk but want to recognize her for her hospitality , professionalism, and understanding ! we had just enjoyed seeing Foreigner at The Florida Strawberry 🍓 Festival . I attempted several times to check in using both the debit card I made our reservation with as well as my debit card attachhdd to my secondary checking account ! Both were declined ! our free cancellation expires on March 3 but she was so sympathetic to our situation she did not charge us and cancelled our reservation . I drove back home but thoroughly appreciated her patiently and cheerfully working with me throughout this very humiliating experience ! She deserves to be recognized and she is a crucial asset to not only The Hampton Inn Plant City but Hampton Inn as a whole!

The property was clean. I HATE DIRTY places. Especially where I have to sleep and take showers. Hampton will see me again.

I didn’t like the fact that someone at the front desk told me on the phone that I was getting a certain type of room, but when I check in it was completely different. But another sweet and beautiful lady (2nd shift she is young ) took great care of me.

This is very close to the strawberry festival. We were in town for a concert at the festival and this location was perfect for that. The room was very clean, quiet and well kept up. It even came with a sleeping sound maker which was a very nice touch! The breakfast was great and the staff was very nice.

Could have used more towels and firmer pillows, but overall that is being extremely picky to say the least

Breakfast is 6-10am. Selection was still good and good quality at 9am, hot items could have been hotter. A microwave fixed that. Odd numbered rooms are on the freeway side. Not horrible noise level, will request an even # if possible on next stay.

The staff were awesome. They couldn't do enough to help & make accommodations. The breakfast was great! Much more selection than anticipated. The pool was clean & well maintained. We had guests over to enjoy the pool with us 1 afternoon after we got back from Dinosaur World. Will stay again & recommend to others.

Breakfast was good. We stayed there the night before our cruise out of Tampa. It was a little pricey but close to our port. We always try to stay at a Hampton Inn because we know what to expect and they are always very nice. When we first got there to check in, they didn't show a reservation through Booking.com. They rented us a room anyway. Not sure we will go through Booking.com again.

The price could have been better.

Yesica was working the front desk and helped us out was very polite helpful we hope she stays for a long time very good employee

We are both smokers and there was a guest that just sat on the smoking bench stayed on her phone for hours and hours at a time every time we came down to smoke we did not have anywhere to sit maybe put a time limit on that other than that it was nice place to stay

I like the personal touch of the name on the tv

I ask to buy a soda and wanted to charge it to the room and I said I would pay cash but then I handed her a twenty and she laid my money back on the counter instead of handing it to me I thought that was rude.

The staff was excellent. Very accommodating,friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Alexa at the front desk is an Allstar Erik was also great.

The reason why we stayed there. It was all HurricaneMiltons's fault. That said, it was a great place to stay.
