Nice pool, comfortable bed.

Dated, no USB ports in the room. Restaurant staff incompetent brought wrong item, sent back still came back wrong but was hungry so accepted what was offered. Bar closed at 10pm on Friday night and 9.30pm on Saturday night?? Booking in staff failed to give us voucher for breakfast until after we were given a charge and queried it. Other guests had the same problem. Breakfast was chaotic, saw people walking out un fed. Probably not going to go back to this hotel. Shame as it could be really nice with a few changes.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility and rooms are exceptionally clean and being pet friendly that can be a task. The main reason I booked was their pet friendly policies and they did not disappoint! I would definitely return if needed.

Some of the room conditions, it's an older property but it's nothing bad enough to change my opinions.

The location to where we were going, and to restaurants and shopping. I love Hilton brands, so I always choose them.

The bathtub had a deep trench that was weird, and if a person was not balanced, it could have been a tragic accident. The trench was so odd that the water, as you showered, puddled in the middle of the bathtub where you had to push it toward the drain while maintaining balance to avoid a fall. It's very weird and odd. Simple as changing the inside liner.

The front desk staff were polite and helpful. Our originally assigned room phone didn't work, and had a very loud neighbor. Then we talked to the front desk and changed to another quieter room on another floor.

Our booked room supposed to include free continental breakfast. However, when we checked in the hotel, the front desk staff didn't tell us that we need to provide coupons in order to eat the free breakfast in the dining hall. Therefore the next morning we felt sort of uncomfortable when the waiter kept asking about our coupons when we were having our breakfast. I had to go to the front desk immediately to get the coupons. It would be better to explain these to us when we check in.

Lovely property with inside and outside places to relax. The breakfast and the bar were good. The beds were very comfortable and best of all the employees were friendly and very helpful.

Our room could've used some attention. The bathtub looked dirty but it was just stained and the bathroom door stuck because the veneer was coming off. The room needs a new tub and door. Otherwise everything was fine.

Everything was A* I never leave a review, but the staff was super friendly. I was surprised to see that they had a bar and a grill inside the hotel, and I have found a place that I will always book at when I come to Tampa..

I have absolutely no complaints about the property.

I loved how festively decorated the lobby was. It was very clean and nicely decorated and organized. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The room was very clean too and the bed was super comfortable. It didn’t feel like a hotel coming here, it felt like home. It has a very cozy feeling to it.

Great location near the fairgrounds and some great restaurants/shops. Clean rooms/ comfortable beds. Great staff. Beautiful pool.

Slightly outdated furniture but clean and comfy. Breakfast not included in the room price.

The carpet is old, and the fridge did not work. It spoiled my Thanksgiving leftovers. Some little upgrades would not hurt.

Convenience to USF campus. Better than average complimentary breakfast.

No comfortable chair in room. Bathroom vanity was so small there was virtually little room for any personal toiletries.
