Tycie at Front desk was very welcoming and professional. The property was nice and clean. Close to a nearby McDonald's and about 5min away from Hard Rock Tampa Hotel & Casino. Beds are comfortable. Room temperature was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and had a walk in shower for the King Studio Suite.

The fitness center was a little warm. The breakfast was pretty basic. Only had a cereal and bagel based on what was offered. Also the couch in the room was pretty hard to sit on. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

The entire staff was extremely helpful, polite and nice ! I had a really good time there ! The room was big and clean. I came to attend the show of Avril Lavigne in Midflorida Credit Union Amphitheatre and the hotel was about 8’ from the place, it was so convenient and easy for me to go and come back. The receptionist at night was so nice and understanding when I asked him to delay of 1h my check out. I will definitely recommend and come back.

This place is excellent!!!! If we could give it a 20 we would!! From the minute we walked into the front door we were greeted by the nicest front desk rep. She was so polite and professional. Our room was beautiful, decorated very clean and the beds were so comfy!! We do not have any complaints whatsoever!! Excellent hotel!! Excellent service !! Breakfast bar perfect!! Even housekeeping was awesome and friendly!! We loved our stay!!

Modern and clean room with super friendly staff. The included breakfast was good and great amenities. We liked the storage containers which were very handy! Laundry use was great and cheap. Free parking onsite was a bonus. Air conditioning within the room was great as well.

Lacking ambience in breakfast and lobby waiting areas. It's hard to find things but if we were to be a bit picky some of the fruit in the breakfast wasn't great. The kitchenette could have had a few more utensils and bowls/plates. The dining space was very small, just a small table to share for two people - would have liked it to be a bit better. There were issues with the ice machines which weren't fixed for a week which was a little disappointing. Location-wise there's not much around, particularly within walking distance. It's a bit of a commercial/industrial area and if you want to go to any walking trails or parks or shops you have to use a car.

I loved how spacious the area was. It made it comfortable, knowing that there was kitchen space, appliances, and complementary breakfast. The staff were also friendly.

The location looks as if it is still developing. There isn’t much around, especially places that are walking distance. It’s great that it’s right off the highway, however, other than that I would have felt very limited if I did not have a car.

The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff person who welcomed us - I believe he was a manager - was so nice and professional. When we came back from our concert, there was another gentleman at the front desk, who helped us with some snacks from the nearby counter store. He was very friendly and helpful.

One of the elevators was broke down, but it wasn’t a big deal. I wish the weekday breakfast was open until 10 AM instead of nine.

Cleanliness, best layout in a hotel room…we wanted to go to the casino, so great location for that…. Staff was epic…they were all attentive, nice, engaging and helpful….. I will definitely stay here again…

Breakfasts have got to be better, fake eggs are gross… If a sign could go up on leaving, it’s confusing to go right and do a u turn to get out, esp if you come in late at night….and don’t realize it’s a 1 way….

I loved the room itself and the quietness of the location. The staff was always friendly and helpful when needed. It was also nice that you all offered shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (even though my nerves would never let me use it lol)

The rooms could have been cleaner. There was a little trash on the floor and the bed sheets had stains on them. We had to change our sheets on the day of arrival. Paper towels were used and had stains on them. They should have been replaced before our arrival along with the dish detergent as it only had a very small amount in the bottle and no one wants to use something that was open to be contaminated by previous guests. The bath tub was also dirty.

I visited for my birthday. I love how the TV was on with a personalized message that said Happy Birthday and my first name.. It was so personable. Everyday the TV displayed a personalized Hello or Goodnight with my name.

I did not like the breakfast choices. I ended up settling for a waffle but I wanted some hot grits and eggs or something,

Clean, quiet hotel that was easy to find from the airport. Staff were very accommodating. Close to the Hard Rock Casino.

Location was challenging for food. The only available location was a fast food restaurant across a very busy highway that was difficult to cross. Decent breakfast was available in the mornings.
