The room looks just like the picture I had one bedroom Queen! Regular size refrigerators, which is a great touch not those small mini fridges. The microwave was a big regular size one and the stove top burners on the counter was a nice plus and the dishwasher even though we weren’t staying there that long that was still a great touch!

The pool was really small. There wasn’t much to it and there was no basketball court which was one of the reason I booked it cause it was my fiancé‘s birthday and he likes playing basketball. We were going to Busch Gardens the next day, but I wanted something that was kind of close and had a basketball court But they took it down. I guess but the pictures are still on booking.com that show a basketball court.

There was a beautiful older black woman who helped us from my very first phone call to us checking in. She was absolutely pleasant, informative, patient and helpful. Even walking through the building, every employee we came in contact with greeted us and immediately asked us if we needed anything. I called down to the front desk for a razor and the agent even asked me if I needed shaving cream! I've stayed at a lot of hotels and trust me- Those little things matter! The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, plenty of space, even the sofa bed was clean (they usually aren't lol) We visit Tampa often to visit family and I will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was great-

Renovated , spacious and clean facility . Family friendly with excellent breakfast and clean pool . Lot of parking

Showers are new but no hand held shower faucet or water taps , which is highly inconvenient to families with little children or infants and seniors or assisted occupants. Also we stayed for three days and they don’t have house keeping . They call it as refreshing where they only replace towels . Even at the end of second day we had to call the front desk to get new towels .

Very clean and comfortable beds and pillows. My step son had the pull out couch - he said “this is such a fancy hotel!” - and said it was very comfortable.

Nothing to do with the property, but maybe security? Upon arrival to our room, there’s was a group of kids right outside our door, to the point we asked them to move to get into our room, using the electoral outlet to charge their phones. I do not believe they were guests as they would have been using the outlets in their room.

We were greeted by a very friendly lady, who notified us upon check-in that we had been upgraded to a king suite, which was really awesome for our family. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The beds were also very comfortable. We didn’t use any of the amenities because we had too many activities planned, but overall the hotel was great.

Very clean and very quiet. The seperate bedroom was amazing and the little kitchen area was great! Staff were all so friendly and helpful! Great place To stay!

Very friendly staff. Only stayed one night. We were in town for an event. Easy to get to and close to everything we needed. Very clean rooms and communal spaces. The kids had fun in the pool.

There were lots of kids staying and many were running around the halls until late.

Very clean, convenient location, budget friendly, breakfast was just right with ample attendants to assist and make sure all stays clean and sanitary. Impressive!

Our stay was wonderful and the employees were very nice and help us when we needed it as well as the cleaning staff.

I have nothing bad to say about the property.

I like that the room was very clean & worth every penny I paid for it. I also walked in with my name on the TV like it was personally made ready for me. It was my birthday which made it more special to me.
