The staff was nice and courteous. It was very clean and our room was large.

I didn’t care for the breakfast. I realize it’s free, but there was not one healthy option. The only thing I could find to eat was a banana. All the other things were unhealthy breakfast options one kind of yogurt some kind of butter substitute instead of real butter, I think in this changing world it would be good to rethink what foods they’re serving for their breakfast

The property was newer and clean. A lot of electrical plugs and USB plugs on both side of the bed.

The shower had a big crack that made you stand at an incline. There was a gap under the door which let light and noise in.

I loved the breakfasts, and the staff. Anytime I went to the desk for drinks, food or questions. The staff was a considerable help. Even at 11:00 pm on a night h couldn't sleep, I asked the staff if they had coffee, they instantly put a pot on for me. I thought that was nice. I usually drink coffee all thru out night and day. It doesn't interfere with my sleep times so I drink coffee whenever I would like some.

The staff at the counter as we checked in very late at night was excellent extremely friendly and very professional The staff at the counter the next morning when we were checking out was talking on her phone the entire time never said a word to us as I try to be friendly and speak to her I seem to be a bother staff should not be able to talk on their phone as personal time when they’re working and greeting others everything would’ve been an eleven if not for the woman at the counter when we were leaving on the fifth

Location was great!

There were notices in the elevator that the water would be turned off from 11-3 on 12-8 and then again on 12-9 Also you had to request at the front desk that housekeeping clean your room or you didn’t have fresh towels or the beds made.

The location was great! Shopping, movie theater and restaurants were in walking distance. We felt safe walking around the downtown area. The queen suite was HUGE, perfect for a family with children.

All personal was duper friendly...room personal and the asiatic joung girl from breakfast diper friendly...Overall I give them 100...Thanks all!!!

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and great location.

I have a back issue and really need a bed that is lower. Could be more european and use no box spring.

The breakfast was great, lots to choose from and the staff was pleasant.

I like the hotel clean, the staff are friendly and professional, that one guy that is always at the front desk, I can't remember his name, but he is always there. He is really nice and make everyone feel welcome.
