The General manager Lipisa was so helpful and and understanding. Thanks to her I truly enjoyed my stay.

The front desk staff Larry was rude. He put me in a dirty room. Housekeeping transferred me to a different room in which I could not stay in due to the horrific cat smell. When I asked Larry to change the room he said this is going to be the last time. I told him the last 2 rooms you sent me to where unacceptable. He also told me if I took the chair out of the room I would be fined $100. They don't provide a seating area for you to smoke. The next day a few other guest and I were standing in the front smoking and Larry took the mat from inside of the hotel and began to shake the debrii off of the rug where we were standing at. It went flying everywhere. I couldn't believe it. Then he is going to say you should of moved back. The audacity of this man.

The check in staff Larry was courteous and helpful with any questions and concerns I had throughout my visit. The room was clean and neat when I checked in and the housekeeping team provided service well above my expectations. Minimum noise except for a car or two on the highway but none that disturb my resting at night.

I was very satisfied with my visit and will be extending my stay whenever I need to rent a hotel in Lakeland. (

I came to the property on Saturday without a reservation yet, I was fortunate to have Larry help me make a reservation, he found me a room quickly, even helped me load and carry all of my belongings. He was extremely kind and professional made it very easy. I highly recommend him, property is very nice and super clean.

The Staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable, healthy and pleasant I am severely disabled and Roscoe and Angel brought what I needed from my car to my room for me and I don't think they know just how appreciative I am for that as walking is very painful for me and I can't lift my wheelchair into the trunk of my car so I am using my Medical walker so it is not easy to get things from one place to another as I would need to make several trips so they took That burden from me and put the burden on themselves and they were a Godsend to me

That my room was a distance away from the elevator

The courtesy and knowledge of the clerks especially Larry. He was very helpful and calm even when multiple guess crowded the lobby.

My stay was pleasant

I am 67 yo severely disabled and Angel and Roscoe were so kind as to unload what I needed from my car and bring it to my room and Angel helped load up my belongings from my room down to my car and packed it into my car for me I am so happy that this place makes sure that all who check in are taken care of and with a smile and many Businesses today have forgotten about Customer Service with a smile The rooms are clean comfortable and no bugs I would recommend this Hotel to anyone and everyone

Roscoe and Angel went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress free as I am severely disabled and they carried what I needed from my car up to my room The Woman clerk (I didn't catch her name) was very helpful and pleasant The value of my room especially with a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator was unbeatable I would recommend this Hotel to everyone

My room was a bit far from the elevator for me being disabled

The kindness and understanding and helpfulness of the Staff The cleanliness of the room and the kitchenette was a plus with a regular refrigerator and small stove I am 67 yo and severely disabled and I was very appreciative of their help

That I couldn't get a closer room so I didn't have to do a lot of walking as I don't walk well and I have to use a Medical Walker to get around and it is painful for me to walk far

All the Staff go above and beyond to make sure Guests are comfortable and take care of them as if they were their own Family Especially Roscoe and Angel

How far the room was from the elevator as I am severely disabled but the staff made sure I didn't have to keep making trips to get what I needed from my car by getting it for me

No breakfast, this is a good place for a short stay. You will need to bring your own pots and utensils because they will charge you to use their things.
