The check-in staff, particularly the Devon and Patricia. I had called a day in advance for accommodations for my wife with a wheelchair. Devon committed to providing a wheelchair accessible room, and he made it happen. After check-in, I requested Patricia for a late checkout because of special needs, and she made it happen.

Breakfast was terrible. The food was subpar, and the food selection area and seated area was too cramped.

The location was amazing! It’s right by a pretty lake with a walking path. The breakfast was good, the room really gave luxury and “Queen vibes”! Everything was clean in the room, no bugs or anything. The water gets hot in the shower and stays hot, they also accept debit cards!! Andddd their security deposit is only $15/night versus $200 & up at other places yall BOOK HERE FR! Not sure the age limit but Im 21 and they let me stay here so you should be fine if you’re 21+

Whoever cleaned the room the last night was very lazy but I don’t hold it against the company because any other cleaner before her was fine!

Employees were very accommodating and helpful. The manager was very helpful… I really APPRECIATED that he was willing to allow my week stay to be shortened and THAT my money WAS refunded for the short week. I am very grateful for that kind of customer service!!!!!

I think the location for me was not the best.

Staff was great! Courteous, and helpful.I tripped and fell inside my room. My hubby called staff and they did first aid with ice packs, Tylenol, and concern. Not injured enough to go to Urgent Care. Bed was comfy, Room clean😃

Our room was on ground floor, 2 doors down from the hotel bar and kitchen. There were basketball high schoolers and chaperones that weekend. It was very noisy at night and early morning. Lots of slamming doors in rooms surrounding us.... Plus, food and supplies were delivered via our hallway.... More noise. The breakfast was a five on a scale of 1-10. I did feel safe, and secure.

This was my second time staying here so it definitely meets my criteria. The rooms are excellent and comfortable with plenty of space to get work done. The desk and couch are nice places to work and the wi-fi was great. Love that I can get a can of (good) beer right downstairs and bring it back to the room, or even sit at the bar.

It's a touch on the pricey side. It is a nice place to stay, so I see where the money goes, don't get me wrong. The $5 for a bottled water is kinda nuts though.

At ck out time, I asked for an invoice for my stay. The lady at the front desk refused to give the invoice indicating that since I booked it through booking.com, I have to ask them!! I was surprised, so I asked the next person at the front desk, and he quickly printed one. Not good, not good.

It was very clean. The staff was also super nice and very helpful with any questions I had.

Only thing I did not like was although the room was super clean, I did find some clothing behind the bed bed frame that must have belonged to whoever stayed there before I did.

Front of house staff were very friendly and helpful. Can't praise them enough.

One member of house keeping staff wouldn't let me into the lift with her despite there being plenty of room. Okay, COVID so fair enough. But she was in it the next two times the lift arrived and kept telling me to "wait, press the button again" - like I was somehow at fault for wanting to get into the lift or stupid for not understanding she didn't want me in the lift. Eventually the other lift arrived and the other member of house keeping staff was very pleasant and had no issue with me being in the lift with them.

Very clean hotel, staff very friendly, great location for my needs.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 6 years and never had to pay for parking. The paid parking kind of caught me off guard as they had never had that before. I looked at other hotels in the area including the one across the street and they did not have paid parking.

Breakfast was good! Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to the cheer comp so I didn't Worry about getting lost! Close to downtown for entertainment and good food choices. Pretty area, sidewalks for walking and parks.
