This facility needs a jacuzzi! But breakfast was good and the staff were wonderful!. I was sitting in the lobby crying due to unfortunate life changes, when the desk staff brought me a bottle of water and a box of tissue! So sweet and kind and I'm also so grateful to the dining staff and Ana who encouraged me. It's a blessing to know that there are people who still care and are kind....thank you.....

Close to Lakeland, walked to a healthier breakfast, pool was great, the workout room was great, staff very nice

We were told that our room would be cleaned every other day , when we arrived back to hotel at 4 it wasn’t done, we called down and they told us every third day…when I checked out, they said, no they were wrong it was every other day…. Very confusing…..probably won’t stay again

Nice property overall and breakfast was good. Great location to Grasslands which is where we were going daily.

The glass in the door for the bathroom is a terrible idea because it then provides to much light to the room. Other people in the room trying to still sleep in the morning don’t have a dark room. Terrible design decision. Bigger trash can is another suggestion.

Good well appointed hotel, walking distance to local restaurants. Convenient free parking onsite. Helpful front desk, recommended a great restaurant (Harrys Seafood bar) where we had a great evening. We made this hotel our final stay in Florida, on route to Orlando MCO which was about 90 minutes drive away.

Nothing to dislike.

It was conveniently located. The room was large as was the bathroom. The pool was nice and we were able to see the fireworks from in the pool. Our room was quiet which was much needed after our busy days.

Some wallpaper was peeling in the room. The bed was very firm for me. I have arthritis and fibromyalgia and need a soft bed. I’m sure it’s good for most people. The pool was hot. Not refreshing at all but made for good evening swimming. Our sink had hair in it. The refrigerator barely cooled at all.

Only have siggestion if renovate. Place a hand grab by toilet. They are very low and when 70+ can be issue for people. Also it would be nice if you could turn on light in toilet area without the main lights being on.

Very clean. The front desk person who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless. The included breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at any hotel. The breakfast employees were great. Can’t say enough nice things about the property.

Nothing but I only stayed the one night so I didn’t use all the facilities.

I never had a chance to try the breakfast. Was offered from 6 to 9 during my stay. I tend to be a late riser so it would have been nice to offer it longer?

Breakfast should be offered till a bit later in the morning. Not everyone is a business traveler and is up early.

It was right next to my graduation ceremony. The hotel was clean and the room was huge! We all fit perfectly! The breakfast was also great in the morning. We visited downtown in a few minutes. No complaints at all!

The sound proof rooms are a huge plus very quiet loved it.

Wish there was a small place to eat inside I know most don’t offer that but sure would be nice. Also wish there was a seat in shower hard to shave legs while standing
