Everything was lovely the staff was lovely the only issue we had is when the keys had to be redone after the first night but that's just a system issue it had nothing to do with the hotel itself but other than that everything was great the beds were comfortable staff was great I did not partake in breakfast because I'm not much of a breakfast person so I can't speak on that but everything was lovely the location is awesome I was in the middle of my friend and shopping areas and restaurants and it was a great area and I felt safe even when I left at 4:00 a.m. Monday morning and came in at 2:00 a.m. Friday night

Our stay at the facility was enjoyable. My spouse and I had peaceful nights rest. The hotel was clean and quiet. The front desk person was delightful to talk to. I appreciate the facility having a printer for me to print some important papers.

The only thing I didn't like was my room being on the first floor by the exit. But it really wasn't that bad because we didn't have too far to walk to get to our vehicle in the parking lot.

The facilities were fairly new and very clean.

The check in process was full of snafus and took longer than expected. With all the locations I book on a regular basis, including international, I have never experienced where they told me I did not have a reservation there. I even had my Booking.com information but it still took a while. Definitely, would have appreciated a smoother process. The breakfast was okay but if you do not eat scrambled eggs or sausages, like me, you will have to fill yourself up with the bread options.

The girl that checked us in was amazing!!! Thank you for the water and cookie. Room was clean, beds comfortable, shower great and very quiet. Will stay again

The girl in the morning, who was supposed to be at the desk was no where to be found, and when she was she was on her phone. Would like to see some breakfast sandwiches at breakfast, quick and easy to go.

Was nice to see a smile and hear a hello from staff any time we saw them. A plus! Thank You will stay here again 😀

The only complaint is small and may be another customer we just happened to follow into the elevators but they wore a very strong perfume/cologne that was very unpleasant to those who get headaches from these types of smells. That is very small complaint for 9 days the rest was perfect 👌

Cleanliness, comfortable bed, breakfast options were adequate and fresh. Easily acquired an extra blanket for my husband. The hotel was quiet and in an excellent area, very convenient for eating out.

Check in was delayed for unexplained reasons which wouldn’t be a huge issue for some but in our particular case caused extreme discomfort to my husband. Would love to know how to get early check in and ground floor rooms from hotels in general. Coffee maker in room didn’t work…important to me as I’m an early riser.

All Staff were very sweet and accommodating. Continental breakfast was very good and always well stocked. Shower was roomy with a low shelf that it easy to shave my legs. Gym was perfect for me to workout while away on vacation.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was perfect.

Unfortunately, there was a young sports team and their families staying at the same time. They were loud and inconsiderate, and took over the breakfast area. We felt bad for the staff that had to clean after the group.

THE BREAKFAST WAS WONDERFUL WITH NOT ONLY CHOICES BUT THE STAFF KEPT CLOSE ATTENTION TO WHEN REFILLING WAS NECESSARY AND ALSO CLEANING THE SERVING COUNTERS AND THE TABLES. EXCELLENT!

EVEN THOUGH I WAS IN A SPECIFIED HANDICAP ROOM , THERE WAS NO SUPPORT BAR NEXT TO THE TOILET (NONE) AND THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL-----ESPECIALLY IF SOMEONE NEEDED THAT EXTRA HELP.

Our night at Fairfield Inn was great! After a long day at Mirada Lagoon we rested in this beautiful, clean hotel. The complimentary breakfast was also a plus and I really like the 12:00 pm check out.
