We were looking for something that would get us close to Tampa the day before our cruise was scheduled to sail. This great little hotel popped up in the list and it seemed to fit the bill for our needs. We booked five rooms and we were very pleased with the entire experience. Very clean. Very comfortable. The staff was GREAT. Breakfast was good. I broke my suitcase and ended up driving right across the street to Ollie's and picked up a new one pretty cheap. Our group had dinner at Golden Corral which was less than 5 minutes away. We came back and enjoyed some pool time and sat for a while in the lovely little courtyard. The only negative is there is no elevator to the second floor. Overall, this was an awesome experience.

the breakfasts were better than we expected. Very clean and organized. Loved the choice for everyones taste. Our room was just what you would expect. Everything we needed. The facility seemed to be well taken care of, well maintained. Loved the Hydration station outside the clubhouse to fill a water bottle. Great for the enviroment.

The bathroom tile floors in the corners could use a good scrubbing. I notice little things like that. You see that in most hotels. Maybe have more seating outside in the morning before 9 am if you want to enjoy coffee and you aren't a smoker. The swing was fine for a couple people. The seats were wet though.

The location was perfect close to everywhere. The room size is very nice. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The room was super clean. Jackie and Robi did a great job taking care of every detail. All the areas are super clean they water spray every morning. Breakfast was good their coffee is fresh and hot. It’s simple but enough to eat a good breakfast. The breakfast person Rosa was super sweet and friendly. She always has a smile in her face. The lobby very clean and pleasant. The Lady who checks us in Samoan was efficient and professional. We had to extend our stay and she helped us immensely. When we were leaving Robi help us taking our suitcases to the car. Something that we appreciated very much.

Everything. I have traveled to 65 countries and would rate this hotel in the top 5 of awesome places to stay. From the staff, location, and the little details of the room that made me feel cozy and safe. I felt as if I was in someone’s home verses a hotel room.

First off the breakfast was good and many options (pro). I was surprised by the different things as I found it hard to choose and what I did have, hit the spot. However, may just be me, but the coffee could have been a little stronger. I didn’t have an issue with, just that I like mine with more of a kick.

Our scheduling didn't allow time to use the pool which looked very inviting and well maintained. Couldn't stay for breakfast..

Damage deposit wasn't appreciated - we almost reserved elsewhere. Even 4 star hotels don't do that. Since all hotels have traveller's credit cards and info it is unnecessary. This is the only place requiring a damage deposit during our 18 day trip. Maybe you had a number of unruly guests but certainly couldn't be your average clientele. We fear battling for our refund because of previous damage that was not noted by staff. We report everything that needs attention to the office when we travel.

I was amazed at how well staffed they were - very attentive and extremely friendly. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained. Nice breakfast selections. Room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfy and fresh. Would highly recommend. Sadly, weather didn’t cooperate for a swim, but that area was very inviting, as well. Roadstar was in close proximity to shopping and eating facilities. Great location on a main road.

My only downside was the (sometimes loud) passing traffic but that was undermined by my moms snoring LOL

Convenient location to my family as well as shopping and dining, good value, good amenities such as the well kept pool, friendly and helpful staff. When we were leaving, they were cleaning outside parts of the building, just showed that the property was well maintained. We love the gazebos, swing and landscaping.

TV was on small side, but we weren't really there for that. We're spoiled, we like the option of a hand held shower head, can reach parts better to rinse them.

Everything was very nice. The staff were very cautiously and friendly. The property stayed clean. Even thought the property is near a main road, it is a very quiet area. Napping in the day time was not an issue. :) Pictures posted were exact. I would definitely stay again.

I was surprised that the room didn’t have an iron. But that was not a cause for bad review at all.

The breakfast is good and they have a large selection. The room service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. We were forced to stay in a hotel after a hurricane destroyed our house. It was a great help to be treated so nicely from all the people who are working there. Thank you very much.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful from the front desk to cleaning to maintenance. Waffles for breakfast were good along with beverage and fruit selections. Lobby was decorated with a homey feeling.

A little noisy in the pool area from traffic but not too bad. A few places in room could be repaired/touched up but room was very clean.
