The location. The room was huge and well kept. The bed was comfortable. The room had a microwave and fridge, both of which were clean. The shower was nice and hot. There were sufficient towels that were decent quality. Check-in was easy. The hotel provides a baggage apparatus to assist with loading your luggage to your room so that you don't have to make multiple trips. The breakfast was decent. There were scrambled eggs, mini size bagels, sliced bread/s, a waffle machine, yogurts, cereal, breakfast patties, coffee, packaged doughnuts and juices.. The breakfast area was clean. There is ample parking on the property, which is fenced in. There is a McDonald's within walking distance and Nashville Pizza, which delivers to the hotel(the hotel can provide a menu). Also, you're not that far away from downtown.

Honestly, there wasn't really anything that I didn't like. I would suggest that housekeeping ensure that there are two trash cans within the room, and if you're going to enter the room and not fully clean, ensure to replenish all towels removed from within the room. Those were really my only irks.

The staff was great room was clean and very spacious. Old sheets on the bed. The refrigerator was not cold and when we opened the door it fell. We had kids with us so we didn’t use it do they would not get hurt.

The location for the hockey games es amazing. ROBIN, at the reception, IS AMAZING!!!! And FELIX at BREAKFAST AREA too. They made the whole difference at the stay there!

Room does not have ventilation, so it smells always humid... pretty annoying, but once you are in it, you get used to it. Rooms are clean tough and bathroom too

Some facilities downstairs were out of commission. Elevators could use an update.

Location. We had just landed at Tampa international airport and it was too late to drive all the way to St Augustine so this was the perfect location to stay overnight. Close to I75 and plenty of shopping/eating available close by.

The reception lady wasn't very polite and welcoming, my reservation was fully paid for and breakfast included but she didn't even give me general information about basic things like meal times etc

The gentleman at the front desk was amazing! Friendly, helpful and engaging, even though I arrived at 2pm due to flight delays.

Housekeeping came early the morning after my arrival, round 10am when I was preparing to leave the room. I returned that evening and my do not disturb notice was on my door. I did not put the do not disturb tag on my door, so I initially thought I had the wrong room. I double-checked the sleeve with my room key and it was correct, so I entered and realized that my room hadn't been cleaned. Housekeeping likely put the tag on the door rather than clean after I had departed.

nice warm breakfast every day kept well stocked. staff had good sense of humor. offered class discounts upon request. well kept housekeeping. fresh baked cookies every afternoon and evening.

Room had only one chair for sitting. there was a desk with an office type chair also. No actual table.
