Location is good for our list to do in the area… breakfast is 7 plus …. Facilities are great for long stay like ours . Tiffany at the desk is a charm…. She made things happen for us …. Thank you Tiffany

I booked a king and a standard room for me and my family few weeks prior to arrival …. Was surprised at check in that we were given a king and a handicap room … the front office manager ( Diborh I think) said something that I never heard of in the world of hotels …. She said you booked a standard room and that means we give you whatever we have available including accessible room and made it my fault that I picked a standard room at the time of reservation….. we were staying for 9 nights and they managed to move us to a regular king three days later ( thank you again Tiffany)…. Any way it was a bit inconvenient but we managed

Morning breakfast was fulfilling, area was very clean, the attendant was pleasant and helpful. The food temperature and selection of items were plentiful and appropriate.

There was renovations going on and we were made aware ahead of time. So this was overlooked. The air conditioning unit in the room was a bit stagnant on when it would get cold vs warm. Took into consideration of the outdoors temperature so no complaints. Otherwise there wasn't anything out of the ordinary that i didn't like or wasn't told about.

Everything was very clean and nice. I liked the large room with lots of space. The breakfast looked good but due to an early appointment I did not get to enjoy it.

My wife and I are both handicap and we were in a room all the way at the end of the hall and had to walk a long distance. There was a parking space and a door right by our room but the door was out of order. However the front desk staff was very helpful and found a wheelchair for my wife so she didn’t have to walk. She even pushed the wheelchair to the room for her

The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. Cinnamon rolls were delicious! The dining area was comfortable and inviting. Pool area nice also, as well as fitness room. Hotel room was clean and well-furnished. Staff was friendly and helpful. We walked to the sports bar at the hockey complex next door and had a great dinner. Location right off the interstate in a very nice area. Would definitely stay there again!

The property was located in a great area. The hotel was very clean and every day I was there you could see the staff working to ensure everything was perfect. The room was very nice. Plenty of space and definitely a clean bed.

I really didn’t have anything to dislike. The hotel let everyone know about the ongoing renovation and I really was not affected by it.

Minor thing: The king sized bed in my room (416) was way too high. My wife had a little trouble "climbing" in. On another note, If a guest fell out of that bed, they could be seriously injured, so it's could be a liability issue for the property.

Had a King sized bed. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was great. The gym was serviceable and had all I needed to work out properly. I didn't get to use the pool, but they do have one even though it's on the small size. I liked this hotel and would stay here again.

My only issue during my stay is that there was no more hair conditioner in the dispenser and even though I called twice for conditioner the guest services never got it to me. The girl who answered my call at the guest services desk seemed annoyed when I called her the second time. This was the only hiccup.

Dorothy is the best!! She checked us in as we had requested, Our room was perfect as well as our stay and departure. The breakfast staff was effeceint and served great food. Many restaurants nearby to choose from.

would have been nice to be able to have an exit right off the highway.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and the amenities. Plus it’s always great to get free breakfast. What was also really cool is the dove soaps that was a plus in my opinion. Dove hand soap , shampoo ,conditioner and body wash. My boys and husband enjoyed the sports channel which was surprising to me in a hotel but great to have when you have sports fans. We enjoyed our stay

The iron was a bit old but it did work after letting it sit for a while
