The hotel is in good condition, clean, smells very well, well located. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

This hotel serves people I think that have been displaced, (I am not against them being there, on the contrary, they have a place to live with dignity) but the entrance of the hotel is at all times filled with these families, doing their hair, sitting on the floor, watching tv as in family, that panorama was the only thing I didn't like about the place

Safe place to stay in hurricane. Staff handled guests in friendly, helpful manner for being short staffed due to weather. Never lost electric. Worked with us to extend our stay.

Put us in non-smoking room but hallways reeked of smoke. After checkout, we were charged for smoking in the room. We’re not smokers. Charges were removed when we called.

the front staff, the rooms wer renovated, and very clean.

the first floor was FEMA displaced people, so the lobby and continental breakfast was over run . but, i understand these are people who were dispaced and it was temporary. there were plenty of places to eat localy and some within in walking distance.

Smoking rooms spread into the non smoking rooms. Pot and cigarette smell isn’t for everyone… elevator broke and took the non-union mechanic over 6 hours to get there. The ceilings and walls looked ready to be redone.

Private, quiet,had a smoking room available, ( not for all, and a really bad habit, I get it,) But I was accomodated, Room was clean, and fully stock, beds was fresh & white linens(always a winner)

Had big mix up checking in, had to rent another room,But the situation was handle next morning, Book'n com was awesome & fast to refund my money, as well as fixing the problem,

Joyce at the front desk was amazing very helpful you can tell she loves her job cant say enough good things

The bathroom no place to put your things in the shower toilet seat was painted and chipping off and around the toilet bolt it was dirty some kind of bug mess was not clean for awhile bedroom was great more light in the room

I really like the fact that the staff was incredibly nice and the facility was clean and smelt wonderful I don't know what the aroma was that they had in the air but it made the hotel smell very nice

I did see a few roaches in the bathroom needs to be worked on but other than that all is well

I was treated like a person, not like a card, room number, they took time to call me by name, They are so down to earth, very welcoming people I felt like I was with family, felt safe,

I had to leave.

Conveniently they had a room available at the last minute. The place was very well kept and the staff was courteous and respectful.

It didn't get to use the pool

Felt like home and family, I'm a smoker not a criminal, I was welcome there nice to b accepted as a smoker, Not a lot of places still do, But there a lot of smoker left
