I had to book this hotel at the last minute as I was to stay at my daughters house but there were issues and I ended up needing a hotel. I had been to New Port Richey in January and stayed at a different hotel. Although the hotel was nice the Comfort Inn was almost 1/2 the price and was very clean, comfortable and the staff was quite friendly. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable and the breakfasts were great. The workers were always there to fill up the food and to help with whatever you need. I would strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who is visiting the area.

I loved the staff, my room, the service, the breakfast, and everything else. The pool, when not crowded, was a great touch. Great location, and yes, I would stay there again. I was there for 5 days.

The lack of AC. The humidity was terrible inside the whole hotel, I stayed on the 3rd floor and gave the cleaning staff water because it really was terrible to work, especially their jobs in that heat. My fitbit clicked it at 88 with huge humidity. When I got to my awesome room, it took 6 hours to cool off and dry up everything caused by the humidity. I really felt badly for the staff, especially in the kitchen. Since I have COPD, going from my room to the car was difficult because of the heat, and having breakfast a few times was impossible. It would be an 110% experience if management would fix the AC system. Also, since my room was 84 when we checked in, bringing it down to 75 degrees must be costly. THE STAFF WAS AWESOME THROUGH MY ENTIRE VISIT!!!

The room I had was huge compared to most hotels I've stayed in. Everything was clean and except where the AC unit was mounted I didn't see any damage. The staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good and diverse. I'd stay there again if/when the need arises. I was only there to get out of the plumbers way who were re-plumbing the house and to rest in peace and quiet during Shabbat (what Christians call the Sabbath)

It took a long while before the hot water was hot enough to shave or shower in, but it did eventually get there :-)

Manager likes to throw his weight around and refused to listen to me about an error in my bill. I even showed it already charged to my credit card. While in the elevator there were 2 people that were having the same issue. And the food is not kept filled for weekend breakfast. Attendant says she will fill it, but then went on a break. Even coffee was empty and the front end clerk came to fill it. With 45 minutes left in breakfast it was rediclious how low or empty food was.

Need to tell people (I was never told) there will be $100 charge on card for damage to the room. I was told after I would receive it back upon checking out as long as there is no damage. Well no damage in room. And called the lady couldn't wait to get off the phone. I won't get my $100 back until after Friday AGAIN WHEN YOU BOOK A ROOM. YOU SHOULD BE TOLD THESE THINGS. SHE WAS SO PROUD THEY WERE HOLDING MY MONEY. GOOD THING I DONT LIVE PAYCHECK TO PAYCHECK. SOOOO HOW MUCH INTEREST DOES COMFORT INN MAKE ON KEEPING PEOPLE'S $$$$ EVEN FOR 5 DAYS. ON EVERY CUSTOMER. THAT IS ALOT OF $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

The hotel is very clean and quiet. Room was very comfortable and spacious along with the bathroom And shower. The bed was ver comfortable and plenty of tv stations on the service provided.

The first thing is the lobby and main hallways . Both were extremely hot damp And humid. Those areas need more AC. Second although the breakfast was complimentary the hotel needs to do a better job at food selection. No breakfast meats, limited choice on other items. Also even though the breakfast ends at 930 am if you arrive at 925 there should be ample food until the allotted time . Also the attendants need to pay more attention to that area.

Inside was clean, outside landscaping was neat and manicured. The breakfast was very good. Coffee was good also! Was curious if you ever offer bacon? Loved your facility! The entire staff, no matter what shift was working we were extremely pleasant, kind, and accommodating! At one point late at night there wasn’t coffee and young lady the counter made some, and you had a nice another nice gentleman name, Steve helped finish the coffee and had a great conversation. Enjoyed speaking with a young man named Pedro. Extremely polite, well mannered, and made all the gifts feel at home. But it wasn’t just him. Everyone at the counter provided excellent customer service and a great experience. Very rare that you see in a hotel everyone in all shifts giving great guest experience!

The bed was incredibly comfortable. It offered us such a good sleep. Then, when we went down for breakfast each morning, there was a gentleman named John, who was catering to us in the breakfast area, who was phenomenal. His service, his conversation, his consideration, it was all excellent.

Fairly new facilities, good hot breakfast

Seemed to be in a “sketchy” area of town, ex. A homeless person had to be run out of the lobby. There were pen marking from the previous guest all over the walls of the room, we took pictures upon arrival and showed them to the lady at the desk since they take $100 deposit upon check in we were worried we’d be blamed for them. They should have been cleaned up or painted over prior to checking more guest into that room in my opinion.

Because the hotel has been open for only 6 months, it was a very comfortable place to stay. The hotel room was exceptionally clean, and the overall environment was pleasant. The gym had a treadmill and exercise bike. I used the treadmill, which was in excellent working condition. The gym was very clean, and towels and disinfectant wipes were available. Although the breakfast options were the usual ones found at this hotel level, the offerings were very satisfying. The staff members were all very kind and professional. I will certainly stay at this hotel during my next visit!
