quiet, seclusion and beautiful

only the bare minimum basics available in the suite in terms of cooking equipment. the patio was filthy and I needed a broom to sweep it off, but none were available. We needed a toilet plunger, but none were available. we had to ask for extra toilet paper and towels. The bugs were a huge problem so sitting on the patio I got eaten alive the first night! The furniture was extremely uncomfortable - inside especially. The patio light did not work at all. The lights in the bedroom did not function appropriately. salamander Grill was excessively overpriced, and the service was very low par. I had reservations for two nights and after the first experience, I canceled the second night reservation at that restaurant.

I liked that the property had a golf course and because of the 4th of July weekend it had a 4th of July activities like a live band , ball and fireworks. Also, the staff was extremely exceptional in responding to any request in a quick and timely manner with a kind demeanor at all times.

The property was so huge that I felt a little lost sometimes. I also felt that the property could use some renovations. The building we stayed in seems a bit old and has a smell to it and during the duration of our stay we never had our room cleaned, we had to request housekeeping to bring us fresh towels.

Quiet 'Oasis' retreat with beautiful treelined roads and property. Wonderful resort style pool/beach area with plenty of chairs and even a water slide! Four golf courses on property for those who never want to leave. Also a spa for pampering! The room was spacious and clean. The units themselves are older, but the room interiors have been updated. The location was so convenient to Tarpon Springs, Pal Harbor, and the gulf - minutes away from everything of interest outside of the resort.

Everything was very satisfactory and accommodating for our stay - and - we already booked a (longer) return stay!

I was slightly disappointed how under supplied the kitchen was. Our reservation is a full 2 bedroom facility - complete w a full kitchen- and the supplies just were VERY basic- that was disappointing-

Breakfast poor an expensive

Staff were friendly and helpful. The tram service was so convenient. Breakfast was good and buffet was reasonably priced. Housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room, especially Jenny.

Dinner at Market salamander restaurant was fair. The quality and flavor could be improved. Salmon was over cooked. Wine was overpriced.

Perfect location for us…safe and secure facilities…great amenities…ideal size for our family…

Can’t identify anything, other than keys keep malfunctioning and needing to be replaced

Except for one person in the reception who was not welcoming, helpful, informative. That kind of person is needed for first time visitors. The rest of the staff was outstanding.

The pool and the property was beautiful.

Room was small with no mini fridge 😕 and on the website it says that the 40 dollar resort fee you get access to non motorized bikes but no you don't.

The only issue was our room had an air conditioning unit on the floor right next to our bed. My husband hardly slept
