Charged me more for the room after we got there. After 5min.in the room walking barefoot they were black. The seemed they haven't been cleaned in a while. To many drug deals going on for the amount of kids staying there. A lot of people walking of the street to swim and bum cigarettes and money off the people staying there. Needs to be monitored more often. But I will stay there again.

Love all of the new updates and the fact that this property is well maintained. The new decor of the restaurant along with the great food I can get without even leaving poolside is awesome. All of the staff were great as well as veejay the manager he welcomed us and our family in and made us all feel like we were at home. This is our fourth year in a row staying here and I love seeing how the new management has cleaned things up. Can't wait for next year for our next stay.

You have to pay for breakfast. They did not have free breakfast. The room was good. The location of it was great. The bar didn't open until 4 pm every day. I think the hotel could benefit for being open maybe let's say noon or one on because people are at the pool and they would buy food and drinks if the bar was open.

One of the workers was rude to me. Couldn't buy food or drinks until 4:00 p.m. at the bar when you're at the pool.

Loved how nice the property is looking. It seems very updated and clean and well secured.

Nothing was wrong with the property in my opinion. The only issue I had was through out the entire weekend we kept having house keeping knock on our door. The first time I guess she didn’t hear me and my boyfriend and she walked herself right in. We even had the do not enter sign on the door. That was very stressful.

My room was exceptionally clean which I appreciated. It was very convenient to have the restaurant/bar on property. The food was excellent and Karen the bartender was very friendly, efficient and considerate since most of the patrons had been flooded and displaced out of their homes (including me).

Mattress too squeeky, my room wasn't cleaned on day two.

Staff was great! Rooms were clean! Price was affordable! Breakfast was fantastic!!!!

It would've been nice if we had access to the hot tub a little later .We were traveling and could've really used it.

Overall everything was wonderful Beautiful hotels friendly staff always cheerful and helpful. Going above and beyond when asked.

My suggestion would be is maybe a floor rug in the rooms as those of us that have dogs and walk them then are stuck with a great deal of a mess on the floor that eventually tracks onto the bed. Can make for uncomfortable bed and stay.

Clean, comfortable, nice pool, location perfect for where I needed to go and lots of stores nearby if I needed anything, the restaurant and bar had delicious food reasonably priced and very nice personnel, especially Karen.

I don't smoke. There were lots of smokers outside and sometimes I could smell smoke coming through my a/c because they must have been standing near my room.
