We thought it was a perfect location for hanging out in downtown Safety Harbor. The rooms are refurbished motel rooms in a quiet neighborhood with kitchenette (microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and a full size fridge.) The grounds in back had an old gazebo and some picnic tables. They are spacious enough to kick a ball around with your kids or even set up croquet wickets. There are four electric bikes available, but we did not use them. The hosts were friendly, responsive and very kind! We would definitely stay here again, although would probably get a smaller room, as they all have a kitchenette and it would bring the price down a bit.

It was a nice place to stay. The screens did not fit the windows to well but the bugs weren't bad yet. I imagine when they are no one will have the windows open anyway but will use the AC.

Very easy to check in the staff was very attentive by text which was really excellent we had an upgraded room that was really cool with the kitchenWe will definitely stay there again when we visit our friends

My only complaint is the shower curtain was not plastic and I was just concerned cuz water was going out on the floor when I took a shower but that's an easy fix

This property is truly a gem. It was in a very safe area and well manicured, very clean and taken care of. I had some issues checking in and I was contacted immediately after reaching out. When I arrived I was able to get in my room and an older man by the name of Peter was extremely helpful in making sure I had what I needed. The room was cozy and clean. and, I slept like a newborn. Such a quaint and comfortable stay. I will most definitely be back.

Great location for where we had to go. I was impressed on cleanliness. We spilled something on the floor and when whipped up wit white paper towel it was still clean. I have never had that happen at any place we’ve stayed.

This is a very quaint, small facility. We liked having a kitchenette in the room, which included a full-size refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was comfortable and the TV was great. The location was very close to the beautiful Philippe Park and many restaurants. The staff was very attentive to our needs. We really liked the ease of entry and the fact that the door lock automatically engaged the deadbolt after a few minutes.

The carpet was worn and somewhat stained, but when we mentioned it, we were told that they were taking all of the carpeting out of the units. It was clear to see that they were working on updating the entire facility.

Did not have Breakfast, but the access to morning coffee was like being at home. Location to every thing I needed was easy to get to.

It was very clean and cozy. Nice people. I loved the code on the door vs having a key card. Easy access to the car from the room.

I expected it to be bigger. The bathroom was right next to the bed. From the description I thought it would be in an area where we could walk to restaurants and outdoor activities. It was near the water, but you had to walk quite a ways to get there. No amenities beyond the room.
