Staff was mostly supportive. I did have to ask a few times to get my toilet paper replenished. The housekeeper working on my floor had taken the initiative to ask me if I needed anything and replenished it right away, along with tidying up my room. She is awesome! Great employee. It was on my 3rd day, so it would have been whomever was working that floor on 08/24/2024

That I asked 3 times to a few people and they didn't let her know.

Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had. Housekeeping staff was very kind and available.

We’ve never stayed at a Hampton Inn that did not have a refrigerator and microwave in every room. We both needed refrigeration for medicines and we were not guaranteed that unless we called to make the request and even then it was not guaranteed

The staff was amazing post hurricane helene, worked hard to make everyone comfortable during this difficult time. The breakfast changed everyday which was good. Very caring people, and they worked very hard. We had a small issue with room that was quickly rectified, would be back

Guest Services representative, Carol, was very friendly and made us feel welcome upon our late-night check-in and evening returns to the hotel. She unexpectedly gave us a welcome bag of quality snacks and water bottles at check-in, plus a personalized Thank You card on our departure morning, which was a very nice, memorable touch. We commend her for her hospitality, which leaves a very good impression on the organization. Also, the complimentary hot breakfast was one of the reasons for our selecting this hotel and it met our expectations. We also greatly appreciated the 24x7 availability of complimentary coffee/hot water/cocoa/tea.

The shower head's water stream was not very strong at it's highest setting. It was not a show stopper, but it would be great if you could replace it with a new fixture.

The breakfast hours were very convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Welcoming decor.

I checked in right before midnight, and I stood in the entryway for over 10 min because the lady was on the phone. She didn't even acknowledge me and didn't let me in the 2nd set of doors. She then explained that she was so very tired and took a while to check me in. She kept repeating herself, and it took her 4 tries to get the cards programmed. My booking was prepaid online, yet she ran my card again, which charged my card twice. So that was frustrating.

Exceptionally clean. Staff very friendly. Wonderful breakfast and main entree varied each day. Those that prepare and work during breakfast are pleasant and are always busy making sure that the food area is clean and also fully stocked. The staff at the front desk was always friendly. Room was cleaned each day and was always done well.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Breakfast was great! Lots of parking and nothing major went wrong with the stay! Water was hot!

The pillows are down right awful! full of air. The tv was ancient and tiny. The rooms are outdated (hardly no accessible plugs)

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving & Everything was excellent. Every single employee was smiling & friendly & very helpful with any questions or requests. The hot buffet breakfast was amazing. They have everything you could want from fruit, cereal, waffles, pastries, eggs, sausage & bacon. Room was super clean & NO BUGS!!! We will definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Food and staff were great

I noticed it was a lot of people that lived there, and they had a lot of pets inside the hotel. Which leaves a pet smell inside the hotel.
