I prefer a continental style breakfast with various choices. My choices for breakfast were pre packaged. For example, the only yogurt available was a kind of parfait with as much fruit and granola as yogurt. The muffin was packaged. In contrast, my sister ordered food that was prepared for her and enjoyed it very much.

Pillows were comfy but bed was small. Quick efficient check in.

Fitness suite is tiny with about 4 dumbbells and a treadmill. Breakfast is basic with no options for allergy sufferers

It was mostly positive. Of course being on the 2nd floor, you can expect to hear the commotion above. Over all, nothing I didn’t like

Sheets on bed were too small for the mattress therefore it continued to come off the bed.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft.

The lights were way too bright, the fridge was way to small and the shower and sink had that pink color mildew and could have been cleaned better.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Shakera at the bistro breakfast bar. Very pleasant and helpful.

I ended up leaving my two rings (gold and silver) here by mistake & was calling numerous of times. I couldn’t get no one on the line so improvement when it comes to answering phones.

The receptionist was very professional, friendly and helpful when I needed assistance ! Always smiling which is rare.

It was located near the convention i had to attend.

The door was hard to open and close. I had to turn the knob up to open the door.
