I love to stay here when I come home but guest with kids was above me and came in at 2 am and and let there kid run from one end of the room to another. The same thing the next morning. People need to show some respect for others. Also no vending machines at the hotel but the store is on the corner. I stayed for two days house keeping was knocking at the door while I was sleeping. Please check with front desk concerning your guest.

The noise the other guest has. Respect others and not get drunk and loud while others are sleeping.

Great customer service by front desk clerk and made our check in easy/welcoming.

Need some renovation chairs, bed linen, tables, rags, and drapery were really STAINED as if they had been used or not changed prior to us being checked in🤷‍♀️.... but the room smelled as if they had sanitized it with Clorox cleaner. That's why I ALWAYS bring extra linen, towels, rags, and Lysol to make sure I protect me and my family stay.

I worry at first because it was not the hotel our organization had as a host but glad I choose them. It was quiet and some of our people was their. Nice hotel

Service - I commented that I had slipped in the tub/shower and had almost fallen. The tub slip-resistant decals were worn smooth. someone from the staff went out of their way to purchase a rubber mat for the tub flooring. Very much appreciated by us!!

The room, staff, and breakfast areas were great. I was extremely disappointed that the indoor pool was not open. That is the main reason I selected this location only to find out after reserving that the pool was closed.

Good day anytime I don't use my Wi-Fi it's always a good thing thank you for allowing us to use your services.

Overall stay was pretty good just have to remove the carpet and replace with tile or wooden floors to eliminate odor throughout the building other than that I enjoyed my stay.

When house keeping came they left me and my kids towels but, took my wash cloths and floor mat for the bathroom floor. My telephone in my room didn’t work and I got an email stating the pool, gym, and spa would be closed but, they were open.

Everything accept the lighting and rugs downstairs and on all hallway floors and the rugs on each floor is old and needs to be updated

The rug in the hallways are old and dingy they need to put new rugs down and the downstairs area and all hallways in the floor are a little dark

Very clean, friendly staff. Rooms very quiet,very few outside sounds. Excellent location.

Needs more towels and washclothes. No USB ports for phones and not enough electrical sockets

The staff was friendly and pleasant. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast was good

The mattress was worn out and needed to be replaced that was the only downfall.
