This was my 4th stay at this location when visiting Albany. The front desk staff was accommodating to my requests. Hospitality staff were helpful with getting my luggage to my second floor room, unfortunately no elevator. Comfortable king room. Thanks for installing the raised toilets for your mature guests as mentioned in my previous review. Good continental breakfast. See you next year.

Need to upgrade the quality of the wash cloths and towels. Need to have a noise curfew for hotel guests.

The property was clean, the staff was very polite and sweet and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect to where we needed to be for our cousins birthday party. We would stay here again.

We did not know that there were no elevators and due to an injury I have a hard time climbing/descending stairs, but we made it work. Ask, there was no hand soap in the bathroom.

The front desk lady was awesome. She was pleasant and just so friendly. The room sizes were great and very homy. We loved the ambiance as well. The price was fantastic for 2 nights. We will definitely be using this facility again when traveling in the area and would recommend it.

The only thing I would change was, we would have like for housekeeping to have at least given freash towels on Saturday and taken trash. But I didn't sway our opinion of this great facility.

The property was clean and well maintained

We had moved from Florida and stayed at Red Roof for nearly one month until our new home was ready. We also made the trip with our pet who was also greeted with kindness as we were.

Room was clean and the staff was nice

Idk why but the room i was assigned did not have a coffee table or a desk with the lamp. Wasn’t necessarily an issue as I was only there for one night but it would have been nice to have the room look the same as the picture

the stay was comfortable! but the breakfast was terrible, to ripe bananas, same empty pump bottle of creamer for the two days, no lids for coffee cups Could have honey bun, danishes! some type of biscuits!

The property is clearly being updated. It was really nice inside. The room was spacious and neat.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there were a couple of small roaches in the room.

I loved everything about this hotel! It was extremely clean, the room exceeded my expectation and the staff was amazing!

Of no fault of the hotel/staff, there was a power outage which caused us to have to relocate to another hotel.

We were impressed with our room. I booked a king room but we were surprised to see we had a larger room with a sofa. The staff was helpful, breakfast was hot with several choices, and the room was clean and comfy. Great place for the value.

Convenient location & great prices.

Staff wasn’t too friendly and their cell phone was more important than the customers. Also, keys to room discharge super easily so prepare to go too the counter for that several times!
