It was easy to get to. Comfortable bed

Breakfast was stale. One morning there was no butter for bagels and the bagels were rock hard. In both rooms that we stayed in there were still trash on the floor from the previous people you could tell that they cleaned, but they didn’t look on the edges of the bed so like one room had Q-tips that had been used and the other room had tissues and someone just threw on the floor. Also we stayed in 135 & 133 room numbers 135 needs a lamp or something that room is so dark even with all the lights turned on like I was scared My kids would run into something not paying attention because it was too dark even with all the lights on.

I have a whole list of things I enjoyed: 1.) The hotel is in a very convenient location. Everything was right around the corner. 2.) It was plenty of parking spaces, so I never had trouble finding a place to park. 3.) My room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. I loved how spacious it was. 4.) The breakfast was really good.

The ONLY problem I had was with the hot water in the shower. Only during the day, it took a while for the hot water to come through. I had no problems with it at night. I also wished the pool was available.

Easy access off interstate. Staff met me at door with smiles. Pets welcome. Checkin easy. Room immaculate. Breakfast hot & delicious. Nice guests. Parking well lit. Dog walking area very clean with bags & trash cans. Everything make you feel safe & cared about. I would diffenately stay there again if passing thru area. Oh & great smaller luggage carts. Perfect for me to manage luggage & pups all in 1 trip

The entire Staff needs to be commended! From Housekeeping to Desk personnel. Everyone was so HAPPY to be there! Sign in and checkout was easy and appreciated.

Desk lighting did not work. All the lighting was on 1 side of the room. Weird. There was only 1 tiny garbage can with no replacement bags. I remembered to bring my own. Just a bit inconvenient. Oh, when will the ice machines get fixed on each floor?

Very friendly staff, room was great comfortable bed and pillows breakfast was great well stocked great location close to food courts and shopping and easy in and out luv the on-site washer and dryer. Would recommend family and friends and anyone else price was great to thanks for the great experience

Staff and breakfast was great!

Bathroom had some peeling paint and cracks and n the wall, as well as chips and peeling in the bathtub, which tapered on the bottom edges to create a valley as the base of the tub rather than a flat surface. While the room was clean, the bathroom left a little to be desired as there was hair from a previous occupant still stuck to the walls of the shower. Also, the complimentary soap and shampoo was not sealed, which leaves no way to tell whether it is new or is the remainder from a previous guest.

Location and price

Property has been nicely renovated. Only 2 issues: 1) I could hear the people above my room (208) walking across the floor. 2) The doors leading into the rooms from the hallway are very loud when they close. I could not quietly close the door. So I heard doors slamming shut my entire stay at all hours.

Convenient location. Staff was great. Room spacious and comfortable, except as noted. Good breakfast.

Rooms under renovations/repairs. Hallway carpets dirty. Bathroom door in our room did not close easily. No hot water late. Bed too soft, felt innersprings.

Location and dog friendly

The room didn’t have extra outlets for charging phone on the night stand/next to the beds. Plus, the printer did not work but the staff were nice enough to let me print by sending to the work email and printing in their back office.

Room 223 was nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast room was nice and breakfast was okay/average...with a fairly good selection. Just a note...hotel was doing some updating and/or possibly repair work too. Should be even nicer when finished.

No real complaints....except morning desk clerk said she couldn't print out a receipt for me. She said I would get it by email...I have yet to receive it, and that was 3 days ago.
