The facility is in nice location. Good value. Breakfast is always has decent food to eat.

No wash clothes in the room, kleenex box was empty, hair in the shower and we werw rols check out at 12 housekeeping came in while we were out started cleaning guess they realized our stuff was still in there and stopped. Then came.back 10:55 a.m. asking if we were checking out we told them yes at noon ar check out time they told us they dont know why theu told us 12 check out is 11. I showed them my message for check out and let them know my babu was eating ans wife was in shower so we would not be out at 11. They came.knocking again at 1130 as we were trying to pacl everything up and get baby ready.

I must be honest, the previous reviews for this hotel made me nervous about staying here. BUT BOY AM I GLAD I HAD TO EXPERIENCE IT FOR MYSELF. Staff was very friendly. When I got there late afternoon to check in, I inquired about the coffee and the woman who was checking me in stated she would make a fresh pot for me. She was very warm and pleasant. The lobby and room was clean and comforting. I was by myself, but it was very quiet and I was able to get a good nights sleep. The other staff that I encountered for the one night and the morning were pleasant as well. The breakfast was decent as well. I would stay there again when visiting Albany. I would recommend.

The bathrooms needed updating, but that's minor.

The front desk lady who checked is in was wonderful very pleasant, smiling very friendly.

The young lady who checked us out was a little rude and aggressive. She did not give me a chance to reach the desk before asking me if I was checking out. I was heading to the desk to make her aware she called out to me as I was in the hallway. That was unprofessional in my opinion.

It wasn't hard to find. It was clean. The breakfast was great!!!

I requested extra towels with the reservation. My room was reserved for me and my 2 daughters. There were only 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths in the room. When I requested another set, I was told that I'd have to wait on housekeeping to get there. I suppose someone went and looked again because within 10 minutes. Someone did show up at the door with another set of towel and wash cloth.

The breakfast was good the room was clean staff was friendly I liked that you had to have key to access the facility.

The tub had a leak in it from the side of the panel,the water smelled like rotten eggs and the door handle was broke other than that my stay was beyond great

This property was better than Red Roof Inn and any other property we have stayed at during our holiday visit home.

the sauna was not clean the gym. Looks like it has not been clean the door knob to room 116 kept coming off because the screw was not tighten. It could only be pushed back in to a slot to keep the door handle attached also behind the furniture that the television sits on, had trash behind it, but that is neither here nor there just a memo for the property owners just in case you do check these ratings or reviews overall, it was a great day. I have no complaints.

I work in Albany about once a month. I often bring an employee with me. It’s a great value for the price. It’s on the better side of town near everything I need. (Home Depot, Lowes, Harbor Freight). There are good restaurants in walking distance. There is a decent breakfast included that starts at 6am which is convenient. It’s clean, comfortable and safe. It’s my go to place.

The ice machine was out and needs to be replaced! I had to go to the gas station across the street to get ice. Also there is no bottled water provided to members as indicated in the member information. They need to have two regular coffee pots to avoid running out when business folks are needing to get out on time for their appointments.

The front desk assistant Courtney is awesome , friendly, kind , helpful. She is such an asset to your organization. Breakfast asst and food is wonderful. I love staying at the Park is what I now call it .

The room next to me played their music very loudly all night once I reported it the staff came and made them turn the music off.
