Breakfast manager (Rachel) was absolutely the best. My stay was for 6 days and I wanted to rest and just relax from my everyday hustle and bustle at home. After my first day each morning I looked forward to spending it in the presence of Rachel. I would come late around 9:15 because it was more quite. She always made me welcome. We would laugh and chat while she clean. There was not one time that she rushed me or made me feel rushed because of the time. I really appreciated my stay because of her. Say thanks to her for me.

There was an incident in which some guests we waiting one night around 7:30 or 8:00 o'clock to be checked in and my guest was. concerned that something had happened to the receptionist because there no one at the desk for an hour or so. That's the only thing that made me feel a little uncomfortable. I wanted to get in the pool but the room felt warm and stagnant. In the mornings it seem as if there was a film on top of the water. Wasn't sure it was being properly maintained.

If you are looking for a comfortable stay to lay your head while your in the ATL area for business, an event, visiting, etc, I feel like the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson gives you your bang for your buck. Valued at a nice price through booking.com. The cleanliness could've been bit better in the bathrooms overall, however, I am a clean freak so I see EVERYTHING. Definitely was not grossed out or anything like that. I would definitely book another stay here at this exact location when I come back to town. You're also off an exit with all the go to food spots as far as for something quick and satisfying. Staff was above and beyond, they assisted me with retrieving my Apple TV console after checking out & leaving it in my room. It was almost picked up by the next guest that booked our room, so I greatly appreciate staff retrieving that back for me professionally and mailing it out to me.

Our room was clean. The shower pressure was very good compared to a lot of hotels. The room showed signs of maintenance, which is a good thing. I’d rather see a caulk line than a crack. The breakfast was decent. The staff were very nice and helpful. We were greeted with a complimentary cookie, too.

Our room had a musty smell upon arrival and the foyer or entrance of the room wasn’t level; it was noticeably slanted while walking. Not to mention our door was very difficult to close. I don’t think it was lined up properly in the frame. The cereal at breakfast was stale. Specifically, the Cheerios were soft, not crunchy. The elevator seemed as if it could use a tune up.

The staff were very nice! The room was nice and had all of the amenities we needed for our short trip. Our cards kept malfunctioning and wouldn't let us in our room or the side door easily, so we kept having them replaced, but the staff was always quick to help.

The walls are incredibly thin, so we could hear our neighbors loudly having sex all night and in the morning. The cards kept malfunctioning and we had to walk around the exterior of the building to the front to get in several times. The breakfast doesn't have a lot of options for diabetics so we were only able to eat it once.

Amazing customer service, very clean facilities and amazing southern hospitality! On-site General manager was amazing and friendly while we were visiting for our daughter‘s birthday. They even gave her a sweet birthday card that meant the world to her. When I say they go above and beyond they really do. The kids loved the pool and Mom and Dad really enjoyed the breakfast. All staff members that we met including breakfast and floor attendants were extremely friendly and were always asking if we needed anything. We will definitely return!

We loved everything we have no complaints

The room was clean. Breakfast had a variety and was good. My family always enjoys making the waffles, so that was good. Also, wasn't far from the concert we went to, so location, as well as price was good also.

The lady at the front counter wasn't super helpful. We would ask her questions, and she would just tell us to read about it in the folder. Not sure why she couldn't tell us what time breakfast was, or why she couldn't give us more than one card for our room, when there was four of us, but she seemed very lazy. She was nice, but not super eager to help or greet anyone.

I think this hotel should have a higher rating. They have a friendly staff, the grounds are very clean. The hallway leading to the room smells fresh as well as the room. They have a good breakfast with hot and cold choices. I was very impressed with the hotel cleanliness overall and it does have parking even though online it says no parking.

The rooms have no cable. It seems to have an antenna that picks up local channels. It seems to have less than 15 working channels. Secondly, they tend to knock on the door a few hours before you actually check out. I never understand this if we are aware of check out time, why don't they have a list of people who checked out already instead of knocking on every door on that floor.

Great Location for restaurants and everyone was friendly room was located in a great spot 1st floor by the entrance loved they use Clorox for washing detergent so that was A1 in my book when I seen that with the cleaning ladies

It’s wasn’t a biggie to us because we make do with what we get because it wasn’t that bad of a price for the suite but in our bedroom we stayed in the left side when u first walk up to the bed smell like rank piss other then that everything was good

When you look closely the hotel is a bit outdated but you can tell they try to keep it nice. Overall it was acceptable.

The beds are good for a nap but we all woke up every morning of our stay with back pain because the beds were so firm. We would wake up multiple times a night complaining of body aches from the bed. Also, the coffee for the coffee makers were purchased in the wrong size by the hotel or something. They would not fit in the slot no matter what we tried.

We droved from Ohio. Leaving a 0600 Saturday morning and driving straight to the hotel. 11 hours. From the moment we entered the parking lot, checking in, the warm cookies and cold lemon water was refreshing. Very clean lobby and the receptionist was very friendly. Our room was very comfortable and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast staff was friendly and the check out quick. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
