It was very convenient to the hospital. The hospital is just across the street. The room was clean and bed was comfy. We had issues with the TV Services but the front desk clerk came a couple of times to fix it. It was bad weather so he had to restart the service for us. After that everything was good. We didn't get up early enough for the breakfast. So I can't say anything about it. I have rebooked a upcoming stay. Would certainly recommend it if your just looking for a clean and comfortable stay. Not elaborate, but if your just looking for some places to stay this is your place.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is exceptionally clean. Facilities are pretty good for a downtown motel. They have an ice machine and washers and dryers on site. Pretty decent coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. Very convenient to Augusta University Hospital (across the street).

I did not like them charging me before I checked in. I chose payment at check-in because it was available and I had a good reason for it. By charging me ahead of check-in it was embarrassing and inconvenient. It ruined my trust in either Booking.com or the motel. Whomever was responsible for that. Parking is very small, towels are very well used. The phone in the room did not work. No in room coffee.

Everything. This Econo Lodge is the best location that I've stayed in. From the manager, to housekeeping, everyone was very pleasant. The rooms are very big and comfortable. Very quiet location near the hospital. The beds were also comfortable. I thought this location would be run down. But I was so wrong. I have no complaints about this property. Very clean astomphere. This will be the only hotel that I prefer to stay in. And I'm planning on staying again soon. The pitcures are just like the hotel rooms shown on the website. Don't hesitate to see for yourself. No complaints at all.

Clean, good price, good coffee. We stopped here for a night on our way to South Carolina. We arrived after midnight and the night worker Mr. Whitlow was so kind and helpful in getting us checked in. I am a picky reviewer reader when it comes to choosing hotels and I’d stay here again.

Only thing I would say that needs improvement would be the breakfast. It’s just a very basic continental breakfast with cereal and frozen waffles but the coffee was really good.

Everything, from the owner, who is on site daily, to the entire staff who are as friendly and helpful as can be. Such nice people! Property is managed at a high standard; don’t be fooled by the number of stars, but what value they provide is worth double that. Stayed there while visiting The Masters and would return in a heartbeat 😊✔️👍👏.

Room was clean. No detectable odors at all. Very good air quality. Bed was comfortable and TV worked fine. Fridge also very helpful. Cereal options at breakfast were good quality.

HVAC unit ran constantly despite temperature setting and was a tad noisy. Sink Hot/cold was backward. Breakfast was a little sparse, but I like cereal, so no worries.

I questioned the gentleman at the counter in reference to the cleanliness of the room and the smell of cigarettes or weed. He seemed offended about the question and stated this is not that type of business. So he showed the room right away. He was correct this is a gr e at establishment, the room, customer service and location were perfect.

Wish I had checked in earlier.

The staff were excellent and super super friendly. They were very accommodating and made the stay very enjoyable. Their presence was greatly appreciated!

Next to a hospital, loud sirens when trying to sleep… however it could be that I’m a day sleeper that was the reason for noticing the loud sirens.

Th hotel which is a glorified two story motel was wonderful. Great value. Place was spotless. Conveniently located near hospital in Augusta with easy acess to all points in the area and N. Augusta.

Be aware that I blieve that you must use the stairs to get to the second floor and the breakfast was very weak.

Stayed during the Masters and it was a good idea. We've always paid for upper class rooms but now realize all we do is sleep there. We are alway gone during the day. This was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely do it again next year!
